Three phone calls later and I was finally able to order the medium soft borough. 
JAX told me it wasn't available and she wasn't allowed to say whether it would be available later, so I looked through this thread to find the store people were able to order this from and the SA I spoke to couldn't find it in their system...finally I called my local Coach and they told me it wouldn't be available until August. So I was fine with that and thought I would just wait.. Then my Coach called back and said she found it and could order! Yippee! Ordered the black one and am tempted to get earth if I like the black one. Happy Mother's Day to me

I think that was for the PCE at the end of March...back then I ordered two boroughs with discount, and now they're excluding them again.
No I didnt say it was included - I said my sissy got one last week and used PCE at a FP store...

When I ordered mine the SA said there were none in JAX and they were all in stores since it is currently considered a pilot bag. She searched by my zip code and I guess it's coming from whichever store closest to me had one in stock.
Let me know which store had it if you could. I'd love to see pics if the new black one.
I had emailed Coach about the May PCE and they replied saying Boroughs were included. But my SA said not. Wanted to get the grey/blue town tote!
I have never bought multiples of any bag before, until the mini Borough! Even then I am late to the party having only got them on Mothers' Day! But thanks to Winthrop44, I did get two of them at Lord & Taylor, saving 25%, thanks again!
Could not resist the mini black Marabox I saw on eBay which looks fine, but it has a strange additional small fabric label which my other two do not. Have submitted photos on the Authenticate thread and hoping for some comforting news.
Love the design and apart from the minis and the town tote, I'm sure I can justify a large pebbled black for business travel.....

What??? Seriously, Coach needs to do away with their inconsistencies...hope your black mini marobox will turn out fine!!
