Sorry for the confusion-my SA just emailed back that, after more research, she said she would be able to order it in the earth color I wanted. No mention about the other colors. Not sure how she did it, because I called JAX earlier to confirm, and they said the style number 32290 is not available (probably in all of the colors, since they didn't ask me which one I want). So maybe she'll order it from one of the stores, since soonergirl said it's available in Oklahoma City???

When ordering my soft borough I first tried to go thru my FP store and was told that it wouldn't be available until June/July...so I called JAX. When CS checked under 32290 it showed that they did have the bag in-stock but it wouldn't let the order go thru...so they had to enter it as 32290P.


I can't wait to see the earth color...you definitely need to post pics when it arrives.

Thank you so much for the info! My SA was nice enough to tell the other associates on how to order this bag, because she won't be in over the weekend; if they still can't figure it out, I'll definitely suggest your tip to them! When it comes I will definitely do a reveal, along with the large black marobox I ended up with, ever since you were kind enough to show a pic of yours in my thread! Still deciding if I should get a borough from Macy's instead, since they do have the 25% off for F&F...:laugh:

Just covering my bases, I've posted pics a couple of other places but I know people watch this thread too. Here is my large soft borough in earth! The color reminds me a lot of Chanel's Le Vernis in Particuliere so I hope that helps!

I too would be interesting to hear how anyone likes the East/West Town Tote. while the lining is gorgeous I'm not sure it makes sense for a tote but if I could afford it, why not. I do like how it does not have so many zippers inside for sure but I think I might wait for the next Borough line as I heard it has only two zippers inside and a turnlock both inside and out. If anyone has any information, I'd love to hear it. Would love feedback on the Town Tote. I have returned two Boroughs so I'm still waiting for the one for me.

Does the soft Borough only come in large or does it come in medium too? Why are they calling it the soft Borough??

Just curious. Does JAX usually have bags or items that are UK or Asia exclusives? I know several of you ladies have gotten your hands on a couple of Boroughs that were never part of the US line and I was wondering if it is possible or just hit or miss.
