exactly! but there we go - it's in the store! The "O" were outlet bags from that we've discerned over the years. Were you tempted by anything?
Of course, the outlet bags had the “O” at the end of the line.@ksuromax @muchstuff I actually think the O is just the season letter for F/W 2023, like the P (S/S 2023) and the T (S/S 2021). The real shocker here is that they were making these old style Cities as late as F/W 2023. I thought they'd discontinued the City style in 2021 or 2022?
I saw this last week and was like geeeeesh. I stopped reading after the ALL CAPS part.Words to the wise from our fav VC seller, Katie Appleby:

So the takeaway is...Wanderers need to stop pinching pennies if they want designer goods and...control their urination???
Same with me. Model and color and hardware have to be just right when I get the bag. Sometimes the color is perfect but something is off, i realize I like that color and the leather on a different size … just like when my husband buys his musical instrument - a lot of things have to click together to make it right …. That is why I buy and sell so often so that with time the pieces in which everything works stay with me. The weird example is when bright color like mandarin works so well on Work size but I dont realky like it on Firsts that much, but sorbet I love on First, and I dont like it on Velo that muchDoes anyone find that they like certain colors on certain bags. For example I don’t like the sorbet much on the city but I like it a lot on the firsts. Maybe I’m crazy. 🤪
Exactly this. For example if usually not a silver hardware kind of girl but saw it in the GH on a blue work recently (usually more of a pink ,purple kind of girl) and it was fabuloussss. I also love the day in the more muted browns, greens and blues. So may different styles , it all has to come together like you said.Same with me. Yes ! I love regular hardware but on dull gray like tarmac, rose gold is amazing and gave the bag that little lift needed in my eyes. Or - that gray suede Work I have is light greenish , and silver hardware is the only color which would work on it, I can’t imagine any other (and I never liked silver hardware on anything besides old buffalo leather brown Miu Miu bags). I returned once my dream color Velo - dark cherry - because gold hardware just made it tacky and I imagined wearing it with its front turned to my body… silly …. and I returned it … regular hardware would work so well but it looked nice in photos with gold …. I would never buy black Velo but if I could find it with smallest gold hardware (I saw it in some street style photo from Paris) I would be ecstatic !Exactly this. This is a good thread to dig into...!Is there any other contemporary or vintage designer bags that any of you collect? I’m looking for another option that has scrumptious leather, has some slouch , and minimal branding. Just wanted to see if there was any other vintage styles I’m missing!!!
