Return that €£^*%!!!!

I have returned it!! I have sent all the pics through email to them and they call me just saying “ I can return it” . I asked them if it is faulty or is normal and they just say they don’t know through pics and that I can return it , they don’t even offer me to find another one .
Very disappointed

I have received my reverse today and I love it but one of the sides at the back looks different than the other side ( the side with red circle looks as it is bad stitched) Is this normal or is faulty and I should return it?

I would return to and wait to get a better made one . My tab on my new Palm Springs was lopsided . I returned it for a better one .

I noticed when faulty made pieces are returned I I noticed the wording is changed to “client believed is defective “ in the clients profile . So make sure they don’t word it like that .

Sharing my reverse monogram Palm Springs PM! I was convinced I wanted the classic but my SA only had the reverse in stock and I went to see it for size and thought it looked so cute. I don’t know why but the different pocket really makes the bag stand out, especially with my bag charm! I don’t see many reverse bags around where i live. The SA said there are less reverse canvas bags made so they are harder to come by. I thought this was because it’s not popular, but it looks like most of the latest PM additions on this forum have been reverse mono

I love that PM model with the reverse pocket! I wish they made the mini version also with only the pocket being reverse monogram because it is a beautiful combo

I order a Monogram PM from the website two weeks ago and when I received it, the stitching on the back was identical to these images. It was made in the US. I returned it and over the weekend, ordered a reverse. I hope once I receive it, there's not an issue with it.

Oh wow! i just received my classic monogram Palm Springs PM in the mail and LV changed the zipper! I guess LV took all the feedback and modified it. I notice the straps are less poofy too, though still the same width. Just seems more solid feeling vs cushy. The strap color is also lighter - more of a bluish black vs the rich deep black on my reverse. Everything else looks the same. As annoying as the lip on the zipper can be, I think I prefer the enclosed look better. The exposed zipper makes it more casual looking. I also live in a snowy place, so the lip will help protect the zipper and stuff inside the bag. So i guess if you’re looking for function, this is a good change! I’m going to keep my reverse and rerun the classic. However, I’d love to see this change on the mini PS which is impossible to try to open. What do you all think of the new look?

Oh just noticed the stitching on the back is different now too... left is my reverse and right is new classic. Gives the bag a funny shape... note sure what the change was for here. And actually the new straps are maybe 0.5” less wide.

The PSM mono with the new zipper. Do not have any comparison to the old zipper but this one slides smoothly and looks good. Made in France during week 30. Was able to snatch this one through stalking the web very early one morning (5.30am) my local time in Europe last week Had to blink my eyes twice to see if I was seeing correctly I am sure I will use this one a lot!

Got my hands on the mini palm springs! Love it so far and the only issue is the zipper. But not deterring me not wanting it. For reference, I'm 5'5"!

I walked into the store this morning determining to get the alma bb in DE. Well as soon as I saw her sitting on the shelf like waiting for me I forgot about the alma! She was there on the shelf right in front of me!!! Of course she went home with her new lover!

I am curious what is the longest time period anyone has owned their their palm springs before exchanging for a new one due to older zipper rubbing on canvas issue. I am on my 2nd already, purchased last year, it was exchanged because the pocket corners were rubbing off. My SA just offered me a Reverse PM, for purchase only as I am not having issues yet. I declined even though the new version has the new zipper, because I don't need two pm's. Also has anyone NOT had the zipper peeling issue? Mine is fine right now...

While in Maui in Oct I missed an opportunity to buy her but I luckily scored her online on Saturday and just got her a bit ago ! Cant wait to bring her out when the rain stops !
