I hope someone responds - would be amazing. I am not aware of anyone selling “additional canvases”. I think the concept is more that you can buy multiple her bags and then mix and match.

Hi, first post here! I (36 y/o man) came across the Herbag when browsing the Hermes website. I see in the US only the Cabine is available. Would that be too big to use as a messenger style bag to use for work? I am a bit away from my local Hermes store so wanted to get some more insight before making the trek. I see there is also an Herbag Messenger, but not currently on the US site. Is this a style that is usually available in the US? It would mostly be used to carry a 16-inch MacBook Pro and some notebooks, paperwork and occasionally a jacket. I would also want to use it as a carry-on bag when traveling. First "big" purchase like this (my only other Hermes products are Apple Watch Bands, Agenda and Notebook covers and the MagSafe wallet) so doing as much research as I can. Thank you!

Hello and welcome. The cabine is waaaaay too big for an every day messenger bag. It’s about the length of my “large” rolling carry on although not the same volume due to the shape.

Sadly I can’t comment on the messenger, I’ve seen it in store but never really paid attention.

Yeah I ordered the 39 Messenger and it was too small for my 16-inch MacBook Pro. I am waiting to see if a Zip 39 shows up that I can order. If my measurements are correct it should fit the laptop but I'm not 100% sure. I did see what I believe was a Cabine Zip 52 at a local store which looked massive!

Curious what solutions you’ve tried to remove the wrinkles? I mistakenly turned my brand new Berline Herbag inside out and am majorly regretting it!

I’m a mum of two (18m and 4y) and im looking for a « out with the kids » bag that will grow with future needs, is easy to care for and stylish. Would you advice me for or against the Herbag 31 as a mum bag?

Some more context and for reference:
we’re not living a car based lifestyle. Other bags I own but don't fill the gap: Evelyne 33 (used for work), Evelyne 16 (for running errands or playground), Kelly’s 25 (too precious for kids), Kelly 35 vintage (somehow too „serious“ for a mum bag), Birkin 35 (I have no clue when to use it:))

If you are carrying diapers, or change of clothing for the 18 mth old, I think a 31 might be on the small side. Maybe consider a 39? The 31 is really still a “small” handbag imo.

Congrats on your herbag messenger! Which colour combo do you have?

I had the exact same question if the canvasses were sold separately and asked at the Sevres store last year and at that time the SA said no. I hope these could become available someday as a replacement part.
It would be nice if we could buy different sizes of canvasses too that would fit the leather top part.
