What kind of smell is it? I bought a pre-loved Noé once that had a funny smell...I let it air out for a day or two in the fresh air, then I placed a fabric softener sheet inside for a few days and the smell was gone.

It's like a crayon smell is the best I can describe it. I aired it out inside the house and put a dryer sheet too and it's still there. Do you think i should take it outside?
Hi! Haven't logged on for a while, sorry. I ended up getting it replaced. I just brought it into the store, and my SA ordered me a new strap. It cost me $60 USD in 2019. Not sure if the cost has gone up.
Joining the crease club :/ got the bag in December 2018 in Denmark. Wore it hardly 4-5 times. Left it in the room open for one month, as my ca suggested, that’s why there is a nice patina on the strap. I keep it normally in a dust bag, but once in a month I remove it and let it breeze. Well, I had a very bad surprise last time I got it out of the dust bag and I actually wanted to wear it :/ ladies, what can I do? I’m living currently in France, do you think I can go to my local boutique? What I am to expect?

Try stuffing the bag, I had a crease when I received the bag and after stuffing it overnight it went away
Sorry for the late reply! Maybe try asking a friend who owns the bag if they can order one on your behalf or try calling CS?very lucky! I tried ordering the Pochette metis strap for my favorite because the vachetta strap is too long on me (I’m only 5ft) and they wouldn’t let me as I don’t own a metis
I started looking for a Favorite mm in March at the beginning of my shelter at home for COVID. At the time, they were still popping up sporadically on the site, but I could never get one. I looked into getting one from a reseller, but couldn't stomach the prices and I'm OCD about authenticity, so I really didn't want to go that route. After talking to my mom (a huge LV collector and a hoarder) about how I couldn't find one, she said I think I bought that bag at one time. Y'all she had a BRAND NEW, UNUSED one in her closet from 2013!!! Made in France! Still in the older brown box. She had about 4 other LV bags she 'forgot' about in her closets as well. I still can't believe my luck!!!! And to think I almost paid $1600 for one from a reseller without the long strap! She sent it to me right away, lol. I got a mono Victorine to fit inside. I got it from her in April, but here is me modeling it today. How lucky was that?!?!?!
