I agree people would think we were insane - however we are investing big $$ to have the bag! [emoji51] I bought mine November last year & it is already showing a slight magnet crease you are all talking about [emoji33] the thing is this bag was supposed to be my multi-purpose go to so I would be devastated to have replace it with another model [emoji20]

I was just thinking the same thing!!! I bought the bag because I wanted a cross body that i could take out. It is so pretty. Oh God, with the maintenance of the plate and now this crease issue...its just getting me discouraged.

You know what!! I went to my lv store too and the repair soecialist was on vacay for afew days. But the SA attending to me did not show any surprise when i showed her the weird dent on my favourite!! I soo agree with you!! I think they are extremely aware of the issue, but are just not admitting it openly.

I truly hope they replace mine too!!![emoji17][emoji17]

Tell me..if its your third favourite, howcome you didnt just go for another bag???

I mean would you want to go through the hassle of taking it in again???

Hey, can I ask if they ever resolved your issue? You said that the SA looked at the bag, but did they let you return it or exchange?

I really don't want to exchange mine for anything else if that happens to me too! At the same time, if a lot of people are seeing this issue, why get another?

My bag was made in July 2015, and I purchased it 2 months later in September. I wonder if a certain batch was botched?

You guys...i dont know where i would be without all your input and support!! Thank u sooo much for understanding and relating!!

Im supposed to go there this week, perhaps thursday or friday.
The repair guy will hopefully be there , and i see NO OTHER WAY but to replace my defective bags!!
(Im taking pics of the crease along just in case it is not too visible in their light!!)

Like all others have said , i loveeee this bag and frankly its my go to bag!!!
I see noooo otherbag as convenient!!
Either too big, or too small, or things getting lost or too heavy, or not pretty enough!
It was a terrible louis vuitton experiemce for me, since if i were to choose only ONE bag from the lineup, that was ' userfriendly' anddd pretty, it would be this one.

Such a shame!!!

It makes soo much sense!!
You got it november and its been your go to!!
Mine was bought around march and i used it v.rarely.
So given that we used it for approx the same number of times, the crease is appearing at the same time!!!!
Its NOT just one batch...
Way more....
