The magnet on my favorite pm is not that strong and my plate is scratched. Went to my local LV and the SA that waited on me said the magnet is fine and the charge to replace the plate is $70.00 Going to call customer service and ask if there is a charge. So disappointed.

Yeah I know when I bought mine I tried a number of them to get a strong magnet. That's crazy u should definetly not have to pay for that. Other people on here got it replaced for free! Good luck!

I bought favorite while on vacation in Maui and hubby was with me-- (not that I felt rushed) but was trying to make a quicker decision than I normally would shopping alone. I'll see what customer service says first. I still may try another LV boutique and see if a get lucky and that SA will replace the plate for free. Crazy amount of $$ we spend and inconsistent service.

I feel like I'm going crazy here!in some instances the MM looks very small (but noticeably larger than the PM) but in some pictures like this, it looks so big! Which isn't a bad thing it looks beautiful :)

But there's no location close to me where I can just drive and pick one up or try on... I'm 5" 3 1/2' and die hard wanted the MM bc of the space but now the sizing is throwing me off // forever stuck in the land of indecision // thank you for the pics !please post more !

2. It fits my essentials comfortably
3. No zipper to worry about getting dirty
4. It's so versatile. I can wear it as a clutch, shoulder bag, evening bag and crossbody

Just got off the phone with LV customer service. She said the plate replacement on the Favorite is complimentary. (To replace the magnet, there is a charge of $70.00). Customer service associate apologized and said I should ask for a supervisor. I'll have to make another trip to another boutique.
