That great leather smell that some bags have?

The only bag that has that intoxicating scent from my current collection is my Chanel explandable flap. I remember when I opened the box, I got a whiff right away, the kind that makes you go 'ahhhhh'. LOL!

You should smell the wonderful leather smell from my Kooba Sienna that is at least 5 years old, so I rubbed it against my computer screen so everyone could get a good whiff of what fabulous heavy leather really smells like. Why, oh why, is that smell so intoxicating? I don't own another bag that comes close to that.

The leather smell of my Coach Parker Satchel can fill a room! She is not new - but she still smells it and I LOVE that about her!

I'm so glad that I'm not alone. I don't know why some leather sells sooo intoxicating! This Elliott Lucca bag that I'm using recently, has the most heavenly scent. It's not an expensive bag & I don't know what it is, but I keep carrying it just for the scent! lol.

I love the smell of the Balenciaga Agneau leather and Francesco Biasia leather smells so yummy. I also love the smell of the Kooba leather bag, especially the Katy from 2007.

Sorry but dead animal does NOT smell nice to me. Bags serve a purpose and can look appealing, but smell- no.

The italian leather than Belen Echandia uses smells divine! Better than Chanel and Balenciaga, both of which I adore!

I’m so glad I’m not alone!! Just like someone said driving in your car and that wiff if leather. I’m always smelling my handbags. Does anyone have any suggestions of handbags that smell like leather? Or do you know what kind of leather really smells like leather? I heard cow leather smells. I have so many bags but I’m needing one that smells like leather. Thank you
