A what?!? :amazed: No, not at LV here in Europe. :hrmm:
I haven't heard of anyone getting any 'thank you for shopping at our LV store' notes, even if they spent like 10 000€ at a time.

Maybe that's more of a department store customer care policy?

I never get any thank you notes from any of the boutique except from the Coach store and the funny thing is that I bought the Coach bag as a gift for my cousin, not for me, and the Coach SA knew that but still sent me a note. Thought that was sweet of her...

Do you mail the chocolate out to the LV boutique or you drop them off yourself? I think I should start doing this since I only have one SA. :graucho:

i just send them through the post. i don't want them to feel obliged to reciprocate on the spot :smile1:

I was wondering the same thing. In the last six months, I bought the Manhattan PM, a wallet, a checkbook cover and the Keepall 55 with the strap all from the same SA at Short Hills- no thank you card. I did get a thank you card from Chanel when I bought a pair of sunglasses, though.

How funny, I just mailed a thank you card for my SA before I logged on, and I found this thread. Anyways, I don't usually send thank you notes to SAs, but I just had to write this SA a thank you card. I usually just buy from whoever that's there. But this SA was super nice and very attentive. I've finally found an SA that I just :heart:.

To answer your original question, I've received a thank you note from LV SA before.

In the past 15 months I have bought about 12 things and I have NEVER received a thank you.
I did buy a $100 pair of sunglasses at Nordstroms and got a thank you!
