Thats not a real answer, just a fun way of saying "no" to you right now and not having you ask again for a while. There is no rule and recently I'd argue most first time SO placers are in the 1-2 year time frame across all of US Hermes.I asked my sa after I got 1st qb and I was told it will be after 4 -5 yrs with Hermes
So I just wanna to know if anyone else heard differently at Dallas store
I really do think it’s more about the relationship and the store than anything else. At least that’s been my experience. I just started working with a new SA at a store in Texas and was offered a wishlist QB within a month(very low prespend). We have a lovely relationship despite it being a new one. I think this same idea applies to SO’s.@acrowcounted said it all, it's going to vary from person to person and store to store and even SA to SA. I received the SO invitation after 10 months of shopping at Hermes. It seems like Hermes is making a concerted effort to give SO opportunities to newer clients.
But, for what it's worth, I never asked my SA about a SO slot. It was a total surprise to me.
That was what my friends told me from other SAs. That was not what my sa told me. He didn’t like me that much to offer me SO so he just said that to tell me never ask him again…very disappointed. Think of change my SA and not sure how? I start my new jounery for a 2nd qb. If anyone has any idea how to change a sa at the same store let me know. I don’t think me and my sa get along well.I would say 6-8 months
It's your call, but it seems a little reactionary to switch SAs after having just obtained a QB because the SA told you a SO opportunity might take a few years. It's my understanding that the SO slots are very limited. A few posts ago, someone mentioned two slots per SA. When I got my SO opportunity, I heard the store had a total of six slots that season. The SA's response might just be trying to temper your expectations. They don't want to over-promise and under-deliver. But it could always happen sooner. Nothing is set in stone and your relationship and spend over the next few months or years could always accelerate the timeline. That was what my friends told me from other SAs. So you think you should receive an SO offer, which is limited by definition, before longer established customers? That was what my friends told me from other SAs. That was not what my sa told me. I don’t think it is because I don’t get a so offer it is just I don’t feel we get along well. I don’t feel right when My sa brings up something saying his clients go to Hermes and just pick pick pick whatever without trying stuffs and his clients buy this or that without thinking and his clients have this or that, every his clients has this or that or 2 or 3 of these….. I buy what I like and I should buy what his clients like…I feel like he thinks I don’t buy enough from him which how much is enough? I prespent 25k pretax for my 1st qb. When I buy something I have to like it But I liked what I got…I didn’t prespend a lot a lot but not alittle that I don’t think either? When I asked him to order for me like shoes, or something less expensive he didn’t order or just forgot about it. This is why I feel like we donot get along well…I have thought of many many time that I wanted to switch the sa but have not done it yet…it is not just now that you think it was because I didn’t get a so offerSo you think you should receive an SO offer, which is limited by definition, before longer established customers?

With that said, I'm not sure that changing SAs is going to accelerate the timeline, especially if that is the rationale. All of the SAs talk to each other, so consider how the new SA might react to hearing that you dropped your old SA because they didn't get you an SO as your 2nd QB and how that might affect your relationship or how the SM could react.
In my opinion, I think it was a little presumptive to ask about the SO so quickly and the SA is probably just trying to get you to pump the brakes. But that's just my two cents, so take it as you
I still have the same sa, like I said I have thought many many times to switch sa but have not done it yet..I recall you haven't seemed to "click" with this SA since the beginning, and you've made many posts about this. Seems like it's time to make a switch. However, if you don't click with your new SA either, might be time for some introspection.
On the topic of SOs at Texas stores, not that it really matters whatsoever, it was 2 years for me, and I never brought it up.
If you’ve been thinking of switching for so long what’s holding you back? You’ve spent a lot of money with this SA so I can understand why you’re hesitant now. But if you didn’t click from the beginning, how come you didn’t make the switch right then?I still have the same sa, like I said I have thought many many times to switch sa but have not done it yet..
Because I am not sure how? It is hard since it is the same store…If you’ve been thinking of switching for so long what’s holding you back? Yes it’s very hard. I get it. I wish I had more suggestions for you. All I can say is the longer you wait to do it the harder it will get.Because I am not sure how? It is hard since it is the same store…
hi! what is the color of your kelly in your profile pic? is it beige marfa? it's gorgeous!I recall you haven't seemed to "click" with this SA since the beginning, and you've made many posts about this.
