i just got mine the other day. I'll post pics soon. still undecided if i should keep her. i like the style of the bag and the lightness of it. however, the waves that the bag creates when i zip it up really bugs me. do you guys also have this problem? does it bother you at all?

it bothered me a lot! I exchanged mine!

willstarve: how much was the GM going for in TO? I think it's $1170 in the states and I'm trying to figure out where it would be cheaper...tia!:okay:
I bought the Tate GM $1060 CDN plus tax but since the price increase in February, I think it is now $1160 CDN plus tax...
I think it is still cheaper to buy in Canada due to the US/Canadian dollar exchange rate.

Mine does this as well but does not bother me at all since I mostly wear my bag zipped up :p

So I'm deciding between the Galliera PM and the Tate GM. My only concern with the Tate is the size - I normally carry a larger bag. Any regrets about buying your Tate? Any positives to steer me in the direction to purchase the Tate?

I didn't keep the tate... it looked very wide on me seeing it from the sides and the zipper when closed didn't look straight... in my opinion the galliera is much cuter and comfortable :)

Thanks so much for your feedback! I bought the Galliera last night and posted pics in the regular forum. Still wondering if it's too big - I guess I have two weeks to decide!

it bothers me too! I am also thinking to return it. While I like it as it is good for everyday use, but for my first LV bag, it bothers me that I pay a big price for something that I felt has defects. The wavy look of the zip looks like defects to me but the SA told me the design makes it such.

Here's my thames....
