I think the swagger looks great on you. The borough is more conservative looking of the two but I don't think the swagger is trendy/edgy per se -- just stylish. I may be biased since I own a few swaggers including a nude one (which is similar to the one you are carrying except without the dark handles). Do you prefer compartments or no compartments? Good luck deciding.
I was considering the nude swagger too! I've had my eye on this one for a while because I love the colors. But I am pretty conservative and wasn't sure if too much out of my comfort zone 😉 I own the borough and do love it...but looks a bit plain in comparison.
I kind of like compartments but more in a Phoebe Like bag. Thanks for opinion!

I agree with luv2shop. They are both in the same color family, but such different styles that I wouldn't see an overlap in owning both. I picture that swagger as looking great with jeans, but also going just as well with dressy outfits. I also like the way it contrasts with your black pants.
Hi. Not sure if this has been posted already. For Swagger 27 fans, Dillard's website shows 6 new solid colors in addition to black and fog. I like this one below, azure. They also have a swagger 21 which looks more square than swagger 20 (which seems more rectangular).

My friend got a crazy good price with a presale that wasn't offered to me, so if I can make it to Macy's today I would try for same. The stores are so inconsistent!

I just saw all the new colors posted today and am totally in love with canary. Would it be crazy to have a flax 20 and a canary 21?? I love the azure as well but for some reason don't really care for blue bags as much. Now if it was more of a teal, I'd be all over it!
I noticed that the other day too. I thought I was seeing things because there were so many colors. Unfortunately I didn't really care for them enough to consider. But glad they have some options out there!
As for the 21 I would definitely have to see it in person as I can't quite get a good idea of the size. I know the 20 was really tiny (tinier in person than expected), so I feel the 21 can't be that much bigger but maybe it is.
Thank you! I actually love the size of the 20 for running errands. An extra inch probably adds a lot of room in this small bag!
I called my store to inquire about the Swagger 21 this morning. I assumed they wouldn't have any, as I was just in the other day and the SA didn't seem to know anything about the bag. They showed me the pistachio croc, a pink (dahlia?) croc w/ gold hardware and the canary I was hoping to see. The only azure they had was the colorblock, but that was way too busy for me. They didn't have any of these bags out on the floor yet so I was the first in the area to see them! I ended up leaving with the canary. I LOVE the size! It's what the original Swagger 20 should have been. Something about the taller silhouette looks a little more elegant as well.
Now I'm torn because I have two yellow bags. Do I need two yellow bags? Flax and canary are pretty similar, but flax has more of a gray undertone plus the darker leather edges and darker hardware. Canary has matching light edging and silver hardware. I thought once I compared the two side by side, I'd surely let go of flax, but we all know how that goes...
Here are a few comparison shots to show size differences and a few showing color differences. I apologize for the bad lighting. It's raining today and I can't capture the true colors. The Swagger 21 is slightly taller than the 20, but the same width. The handles are also taller, which means they're actually usable if you want to carry the bag on your arm or wrist. The inside also features the same front slip pocket, BUT the back pocket is zippered. That's one thing I always thought the 20 should have had! The leather on the two also seems different. My flax, chalk and black Swaggers have shinier leather and the new canary Swagger has more of a matte feel to it. Not really sure why that may be.
