These photos are not the best, I'm getting ready for a move, so I don't have many great photo spots in my current apartment. But here are two photos of the "Swagger Family" - the whole family (my 37s in Chalk and Black hiding in the back) and my two 37s.

Oh, that's terrible. Hope they can fix it quickly. Did you carry it using the strap a lot? Now I am worried about my nude swagger since I carry it on my shoulder with the strap a lot.

I did. I have a 4 year old boy, so I used the long strap majority of the time.

Yikes! Maybe I should use my shoulder strap option less often. Good luck with getting it fixed -- hope it comes back soon all perfect .

Not really. Just my accordion wallet, hang tag case, and small agenda. Maybe a pack of gum, my ear buds, or cell phone depending where I'm going.

I almost always use the strap. I've noticed that the clip twists sometimes, and twice the clip came off the bag. Hmmm.

Definitely! Thanks so much for the photos. I wonder if twisting eventually affects that mechanism. I love your bag, too, and hope they get it fixed soon for you.

Ugh, that stinks and makes me scared for my Swaggers! I had the same thing happen yesterday to my white feather key fob, I'm going to return it for a refund. I hope they fix it quickly for you!
