Lol yup been stalking for a while now. I never have the luck. I have decided that instead of driving myself crazy I am going to let it come to me. If and when my SA tells me I can green light it, I’ll do it. No more being insane haha [emoji24]
TBH this has been my most stressful LV experience to date... maybe because I'm not used to the standard stalking schedule that's so time-intensive > mandatory refresh 20x's a day > 
LV's CS info all over the place doesn't help. I just spoke to an agent for stock update: "This collection is completely sold out & we will not be getting more stock... If you do get your hands on anything, it will have been a return that someone didn't want". ARGGG it's so frustrating!!!!
OK, venting done. I'm not giving up but I may need an emotional break from LV after this

I just got mine today made in France im relieved its in way better shape than my pastel NF
That’s great! I received my box yesterday but let it “air out” in the garage...will open today
Here’s some quick pictures I got my pastel toiletry a few hours ago made in France she’s gorgeous way happier with the quality on this one compared to the NF ..... waiting on the pastel notebook to come, it should be here in a day and I’m debating buying the pochette or cosmetic in pastel too lol the colors make my heart sing ..... still don’t know what’s going on with my neverfull exchange I called this morning when another became available they placed the exchange and says pending but customer service wasn’t able to tell me if a new bag is reserved for me or not they just kept telling me send your old one back and I told them I wasn’t going to send mine back until I know for sure I have another that will be coming I don’t want to end up with no bag because it’s so hard to find I even said I’d buy another But they said it wouldn’t be necessary.... everything is still up in the air with them having no clue what’s happening and they won’t give me any answers needless to say I’m really not happy with how they handled this... any advice would be SOO appreciated it really sucks when you get a used bag with quality issues you find anothe one available after stalking for a week all day and night and you still don’t think your getting an exchange really praying it works out in the end.... much love my stalking fam xoxo❤️

Online and phone customer service is so unreliable. Honestly if I were you I’d stalk the website and order it. The same day the second nf arrives you can send back your current nf with ups. I know it sucks to have 2 bags sitting on your cc, but LV Is pretty quick to process returns so it won’t be on your card twice for long. If stores were open and you could work with an sa this wouldn’t be as complicated....
I wish you good luck in your exchange; however I honestly don’t believe the exchange is going to happen. It’s a hot LE piece which is hard to find. If you could afford to purchase another one I would do so by stalking the site. Good luck my dear.

I’m not sure. Keep an eye out on the stalking thread and if you have time, add it to your wish list and keep refreshing throughout day. I wish you much luck.
Should I be nervous that my stuff still has not shipped? Usually my Lv online orders are marked as shipped the same day... I ordered another nf on Saturday and the cosmetic yesterday morning...
