I think you were really unlucky with your Neverfull. I am satisfied with both bags. The pattern of my neverfull fits and the somewhat loose lining doesn't bother me. It is sad that LV is sending a bag in this condition. Last year I got a Zippy wallet that was cut wrong and had a lot of nicks. I also ordered a new one and made no direct exchange because I was afraid that it would otherwise be sold out, that was the summer collection. However, this is not as expensive as the Nerverfull. I'm sorry for you.
 
My bag arrived!!!! I wanted the pink pastel bag so bad but then I was having second thoughts on the color. However, my bag wasn't supposed to be delivered until Monday BUT THEN I HEARD THE DOORBELL AND OMG ITS MY BAG!!!!

The color is soooo much more muted than the online store shows it to be, like a while shade lighter and it's...I can't even. It's just WOW to me.
where was yours from its in a lot better shape than mine

I was so bummed this is my favorite collection to date I have 3 neverfulls I never had any issues with this one came with food and fuzz all over in it even the leather was creased like it had been fully broken in... when you did your exchange did they send you a new item without re charging you and you sent back the old item ? Im really hoping the pastel NF restocks and they would do the same I really don't want to be out 4400 dollars re ordering the same bag again with all the wild stuff going on in the world right now... I called customer service let them know the minute I got it but I told them I needed to think on what I wanted to do

The telephone customer service took the new order and reserved it for me and sent it to me when the old wallet was received and checked by LV. The amount was not deducted again but I got a new order confirmation.
I feel with you, for me it is also the most beautiful line from LV. Hopefully you will get a new bag!

wow that’s horrible about the bag you received! One time I wanted to do an online exchange. I was told they couldn’t guarantee the bag would be available once my other one was received, so I wound up purchasing another one. I know it hurts the pocket; however once received they pretty much credit your account asap, unlike other stores where you have to wait. Good luck.
 
no worries sweetheart. :smile: To tell you the truth I never ever used to look at imperfections; nothing’s perfect. But being in this forum, I tend to look these days. :biggrin: Oh and yes I’m sure the pastel is beautiful and even if the tie dye strip isn’t aligned. It will still be a beautiful bag. Enjoy it. The pastel is beautiful. :heart:
I never even checked mine... till after your post haha! But it’s perfectly aligned (the white cloudy parts line up) so I’m happy :tup: The organizer I use in my Noe GM fits in pretty well too.

As I mentioned earlier, I hadn’t even looked at the other 3, and I didn’t even know there was a lining inside the bag. :lol:

@kbell @Johnpauliegal I remember a little while ago for summer trunks launch, my SA was able to get me multiples of the neo noe and the neverfull and when I went in to check them out I was blown away by the alignment differences. I was really happy to be able to pick and choose which bags I wanted and which I left. maybe that’s the silver lining in them sending you four bags too many ! You got to pick. :heart: Also, in the past few days I’ve been able to place in cart and fully execute a purchase for the pastel neverfull and in minutes received cancellation. It happened with various other escale items too. I’m in good standing with my account and I have successfully ordered additional items since. So I’m not sure why we are randomly experiencing that. I’m thinking someone else gets the sale more quickly and we get bumped. Or it’s a glitch in the system. I don’t think your account is flagged (I’ve returned many high level purchases at a time recently and all is ok w my account currently).

CS told me that the Escale collection would not be restocked as it's limited edition, so not sure what's really the case
I asked last week via Chat (and also by private email with my at-home SA) and was told the full launch and re-stock would be in 4-6 weeks. Being a bit on the PIA type, I typed the same question to both twice- same answer. So I am not sure what the answer is unless they are receiving returns and do not want people to hold out for new stock.
