I just received an email that my speedy shipped however I paid for overnight shipping and they shipped it by regular. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Are you sure they shipped it standard ground and not overnight? Overnight shipping does not update the correct delivery date until the package is initially scanned with UPS. Also, if you placed your order after 3pm PST, it will ship today and deliver Thursday. If this is not the case, please contact Client Services for a refund of the shipping.

This happened to me with my vanity and I paid for overnight but showed a date for ground shipping. It should change the delivery date when updated. Keep checking your tracking....

Per my contact in Client Services, there are no delivery interruptions with UPS. I placed an order yesterday that will be delivered by 10:30am today.

One of my CAs messaged me this morning that the worldwide launch is at noon EST and there will be replenishment. It’s best to check out quickly using PayPal to avoid cancellations. Good luck!

Escale items are here! Due to the Coronavirus, UPS is not requiring signatures but will not deliver unless someone 18 or over accepts the package.
