I did but I told them I'd come pick it up. Then my CA sent me a message told me when the mall reopens, they'd have to do a refund back onto my credit card and cancel the bag. @_@ When the bag launches, they'd be able to resell it to me...

I feel bad for my CA but at the same time, I didn't want to miss out. In Canada, all the bags were sold out except for the Pastel Neverfull (luckily it's the one I wanted).

I think she would understand this time? It’s hard when you can’t pick it up now and sounds complicated if you wait...

Hmm maybe that's why it's been glitchy. Used CA's link for Canadian site but both Safari & Chrome have been showing "A problem occurred" trying to ATB... or too many ppl trying at once?

My CA is still set to reopen April 1st (not in Ontario/Quebec) when they're expecting more Escale stock, so not the end of the world for me. Will try again tomorrow.

Omgsh just stumbled upon the website and the escale collection is up live! I’m sooo itching to proceed with my mini pochette order since my bday is next week but I feel guilty at the same time...I really shouldn’t be buying knowing everything that’s happening right now...don’t know what to do...HELP! >_<

Btw, thank you for telling me it was up! I can't wait to see my baby in real life!

P.S. I could only access the site through my phone and not my computer so if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, try your phone!
