I’m on the same boat as you; I’ve initially capped myself to 2 items from this collection. And now I don’t know what I want anymore. My SA has put me on his waiting list but I have yet to confirm what items I want for sure :S

Ok, I took my name off the waitlist for the neverfull... I chickened out and after thinking about my spring summer wardrobe, I realized this wasn’t the best choice for me since I often wear fun prints in clothing. It would clash with most of my outfits. And I never really wanted a NF. I still want the card holder though & instead I think I’ve decided to get the black Epi MM on the go which is much more practical, a better size for me & will certainly see more use. Can’t wait to see everyone else’s reveals though!!

Good for you! Brutal honesty with ourselves can help us avoid bag mistakes. How fun for your black epi OTG - be sure and share her when she arrives! I was also going to get the pastel speedy, but as my bag budget was totally blown on the bag in my avatar, I can alas only windowshop that’s ok, it was my holy grail and I realized if I stopped buying smaller things for awhile I could get what I really wanted. Of course that doesn’t stop the wish for new but MUST be strong. Can’t wait to see your OTG bag!

Funny how you ladies brought this up, I initially really LOVED the pastel pink and am currently wait listed for the mini pochette as well as the kirigami and was thinking about the Zoe wallet and the shawl. The more I think about it although I find the colour way beautiful it’s just not practical! Not to mention the price point is ridiculously high even though it’s limited edition. I recall back then the DA tahitienne mini pochette was just like a $100 more than the regular one. I’m thinking I should take myself off the wait list but feel weird/bad since my SA was so kind enough to help me out...

The one good thing about knowing ahead what’s coming is the ability to really consider the purchase beforehand instead of making snap judgements. Your CA will understand. I’m driving mine crazy! Lol (not really, she’s wonderful) I’d rather remove myself from a list than have to make a return later. Good luck in your decision!

That’s so true! I feel that as I’m getting older I shouldn’t be making pulse purchases just because I think things look cute. I literally got my hands on a monogram mini pochette this week and al loving the practicality and versatility of it much more! I will stick to more classics! Obviously when they launch and I find something I really like in person I will purchase.

Happy to hear your bag logic, ladies. Hope everyone finds the bags/SLGs that truly make their heart sing!

My PRO's: As a pink LVoer, I've been wishing for this kind of pink Monogram for a very long time - it's even more perfect that it comes in a super-practical Speedy B model. Coloured pink leather trim vs. vachetta trim (like previous seasonal collections) is another huge plus. And the fact that the entire canvas is dyed in the pastel colourway, as opposed to a screen-printed design (again, like previous seasonal collections) makes it incredible IMO in terms of long-term durability, easy maintenance and beauty. 2019's SS Giant collection did check some of these marks, faring better than other years' designs, but the red-pink monogram combined with colour blocking of different colours did nothing for me. Regarding a bag to match your wardrobe: this works perfectly for anyone who loves feminine styles and, obviously, 50 shades of pink (I also love white/creams/gold/greys/pastels so these are prominent in my wardrobe). I don't think this type of collection is meant to carry 'staple' items - more like fresh, fun and pop-of-colour items to refresh and enhance the staple collection you have. Like a breath of fresh air, this collection will embody a light and happy mood to carry forward into your endless Spring-Summer adventures and festivities.

LOL This will be my 1st pink iteration Speedy but LV can keep taking my money if they continue releasing stellar designs like this
