Haha yes! I found him through Instagram actually since I haven't had much luck at all with other SAs and the ones that I've worked with before are all gone now.
He's honestly a Godsend. I inquired with him on the pastel collection once I found out about it and he put me on the waiting list right away for the items that I want and he's been updating me all the time. He's so courteous too might I add. He's going to go to places I swear, you can tell he has a passion for what he does.

So I was curious... has anybody else heard that there will be extremely limited quantities available for the pastel collection? My LV Saks SA put me on the pre-order list for the Speedy 30 pastel.. but he said the company would only be getting 30 of these pieces total... if that is true.. everybody act fast before its gone asap!
TY, my sweet SB friendI was surprised & kinda in love with 1st mockup (shiny gold HW) but having silver/gunmetal is still cool. A twist on the classic Speedy - not many out there with silver HW. My baby pink heart charm has silver HW too, so I guess it was meant to be
I’ve confirmed this info with several CAs. The collection will be very limited and there will not be inventory to fulfill all requests. This has been the norm since the Giant collection last year, over promising and under delivering. Hopefully, there will be an online prelaunch for certain items. Good luck to all who want items from this collection. Please keep in mind that pre-orders/waitlists are not a guarantee to secure an item.
OMG yessss! Robert is literally the best! He was the first to post about the OTG handle change and managed to find one for me within a day (even though they're SO sold out in Toronto). I'm going to message him about the tie dye collection (thanks for the SKU!) cause I NEED it in my life haha.
I agree about the whole SA thing, I moved to Canada from Dubai for university and while there I have a very nice profile and am treated like a VIC, always being showered with gifts and chocolates, here not a single SA has ever been nice to me no matter how much I buy and I've had bad experience after bad experience at the Yorkdale store. I miss being a VIC at LV

Can I just voice a big pet peeve that developed for me after last year's Giant LE/seasonal fiasco? All the ppl who are scooping up multiples of SLGs, bags, etc. (sometimes even buying everything on the floor once it releases) just to post unboxing pics, pull likes on Insta, with the sole purpose of reselling at a profit immediately afterwards (or were just resellers for profit in the first place) really ruin it for everyone else!! I got what I wanted, luckily, but felt sooo bad for everyone else I saw, friends who were left hanging, because of these truly inconsiderate/selfish ppl. Real LV lovers who want to collect certain colour-ways and items for their lifestyle/collection - some waiting years for a certain style in specific colour to be released - are left helplessly waiting for these items, to no avail, and basically screwed once the production quota is sold through. Then they're forced to pay exorbitant prices after-market to score what they should've been able to get straight from LV. BOO!!!

It’s such a first world problem, but I hate having to prepay for an item and then worry about whether I should also buy it during prelaunch/launch online to ensure I’ll actually get the item.I always return extras I don’t keep, but it’s a pain and I don’t want returns to affect my account. It sucks to see tons of limited edition items end up on resale sites immediately after launches.

Haha message him and he will put you on the wait list! Is yours GM or MM size? How are you liking it?! I’m not in the market for a big bag at the moment; I’m at a point where cross body bags or even small pouches fit my lifestyle.
Oh wow that’s literally day and night from what you’re telling me. I get what you mean, the SAs here don’t even bother to say hi to you when you walk in the boutique. Yorkdale location is ok, I’m not a big fan of the Saks location at Eaton Centre and Bloor St Maison.
It’s nice for you to feel special by getting gifts and treated like a VIC. I would love to get a little something special with my purchase. I’ve only gotten perfume samples and my first red envelope package so far!
When this collection releases and we’ve secured our items, I think we should go together for a little shopping date! Any Torontonians up for that?!

. Meanwhile I saw the exact bag I wanted available in other stand alone LV stores and missed out . I did get a full refund and I learned my lesson.
