I can tell you are really struggling with this. I know you’ve asked us all several times about what to do as I think you’re having analysis paralysis! it is so unfortunate LV can’t/won’t exchange a bag - the LE edition ones almost never have a guarantee for an exchange. You either pay for two until the one you send back refunds, or you take a chance while they hang on to your money with no guarantee a new one will come, until you cancel. That’s just how they operate. I’ve done it once and never again. Always immediate send back for me now, refund, and then stalk if I still want the bag.

I have also noticed something different about this neverfull than my other two. They have reinforced the top of the bag at the round ends more than either of my other two, dk if it’s cardboard or what between the lining and the canvas, but it shows in everyone’s pictures, including mine. Around all the rivets and the handles there is more of an indent in the canvas and it seems to come from the extra reinforcement. I’m not sure I could even cinch this neverfull easily and don’t plan to do so, I can cinch my other two on the ends if I want. I also think the leather trim puckering you notice is normal based on how this would have to be sewn. Mine is that way too, doesn’t bother me a bit, don’t see it or care a thing about it and because I know how fabric lays when sewing different things I think it is normal and inevitable. So my guess is if you sent it back the next one would be just like it. Here’s a pic of mine below. This isn’t a flaw, this is simply how it works when you sew something around a round corner with extra fabric/reinforcement. So if this is your primary dislike, I’m betting exchanging it would bring you another just like it. Whether you can live with it or not is a different matter.

Finally, I know some marks and other things were on the bag, sounds like you removed those. Is it that it didn’t arrive perfect and that no matter what you will always know that, rather than being able to see it anymore? Only you can know what you can live with.

I’d say you will just have to decide what suits you best and go with it. With things so weird in the world at the moment I think it can be harder for all of us in everything, and I don’t know about you all, but I’d rather perseverate on my bags than perseverate on the news! Maybe that is complicating your decision too. But I’m guessing we all don’t have anything new or different to offer than what we’ve all shared with you so far. Thank you for your voice of reason. It is so true that purchasing the LV LTD collection can be tricky. I guess with age, I realize that nothing is perfect and you have to decide for yourself what you can and cannot live with. Is it better to keep the bird in the hand or risk getting an even worse item? I have never ever purchased more than 1 of any item online- I figure if it is not perfect, then I do not want to deal with double charging and returns. Fortunately over the years, most of my purchases have been in-store and I work with an SA who knows how to deal with me- I am very fussy. She has a keen eye as well.

In terms of this collection- I lucked out with a pastel NF MIU (yay for giving Americans work!) in great shape. I have the blue cosmetique and speedy on the way. If anything is sub-par or I do not like, then it goes back and I close the door on the item and move on. There is too much else to worry about besides "stuff".

1. am I being too picky with my pastel neverfull I posted pictures a few days ago it wasn’t in the best shape I got it with marks on it (which I was able to get off thank goodness ) but the leather trim isn’t in the best shape ..... should I just keep it or should I order another bag since doing an exchange has been a mess and they can’t give me an answer on if I send my bag back I will for sure get another .....I am stuck on the choice for me it’s 50/50 right now

2. pastel cosmetic or pastel mini pochette which is cuter? just based on looks not functionality

Your posts over the past few days have sounded more stressed than happy. Buying purses shouldn't work you up or make you feel bad. I didn't see any issues with your first bag, nor do I think it was a return (since the timeframes were so short). I know some of these threads can make you fixate on "stalking" and it's easy to have FOMO when other people are ordering 10 things at a time and sending them back and ordering more and sending them back and so on. I discourage doing this because strange things have happened - what if UPS loses your return? I try to avoid returning things through the mail as much as possible because things can go wrong.

There were posts on Instagram about Neverfulls that people had received which also had black dots on them. If you like the bag you have, just keep it. Re: question 2, I don't know that we can decide what's cuter... that's a pretty subjective question.

Yes yes yes! And I promise this will pass. I turned down a piece from the Jungle collection and then worried I'd done the wrong thing. A few days passed and I didn't even give it a second thought. LV is spitting out collections left and right and if something doesn't hit the mark for you, a new one will be along soon enough.

Agreed with the very sensible responses you've received. My default answer is: if you have to ask us for an opinion, then whatever you're asking about, you're unhappy with and only you can decide what you're willing to go through to make it right. I have bags in my possession with stitching/craftsmanship which some of the pickier members here would consider "shoddy" or "low quality". I never asked for an opinion here though because ultimately, others' opinions didn't matter and the things didn't bother me. In 2008 I bought a Speedy with a wavy zipper. I know many people here would call that a defect or quality problem. I decided to keep it and now it's 12 years later...does it bother me? Nope, not at all.

I also couldn't see anything wrong you pointed out about your bag besides the black dots. If it truly bothers you, regardless of our opinion, it'll be up to you to decide whether you want to be out extra money while you wait for a replacement, or if you can live with what you have, or if you'd rather have no bag than an imperfect one, etc .

Love everyone’s Escale collection so much!

This collection is such a hit everywhere it indeed is something positive during this time, I was anticipating to see them in store when I saw pics of those posted in ig about months ago but my boutique is closed and we are under lockdown. Pretty bummed about it.

Tried ordering online for the lv neo noe but its not available along with the pochette in pastel!!!
How do you guys manage to snag it so fast?
Nonetheless happy to share your joy during this time!
PS: I have also pm a sa if he could get it for me..still! Fingers crossed!

Indeed - I got a really defective jungle NF, and have been thrilled I returned it and didn’t buy a new one. I created and ordered a custom world tour NF instead with mono canvas, red interior and black leather and it’s my favorite! haven’t missed the jungle one for one minute. But I didn’t like it as much as I did last summer’s giant pink/lilac or this pastel escale NF. We are all lucky to be able to choose and enjoy these lovely bags. I’m more picky as time goes along as to what I want to add to my collection of rotating bags and SLGs (that I can’t carry right now! Except from living room to bedroom and back ) stay safe and healthy everyone!

The neo noe is such a wonderful versatile bag and would look great in the escale pastel with its own little mp! The pastel is so sunny and happy and we could all use that right now.

‘hopefully your SA can get them for you. But for us stalkers, we add the items we want to our wishlists, refresh a lot, and the second it pops up as add to bag in our wishlist we add it and check out fast as possible. It helps if your account is set up and has the right credit card or pay pal set up too. If you somehow manage to get it in your shopping cart, refresh from that as it’s a little faster. Some pole use and auto refresh on their browser, I just do it the old fashioned way - tired fingers I hope you get your pieces, they really make me happy especially on the grey day I’m seeing outside!! I also have noticed restocks a lot between 10-11 CST lately through the week. I got the pastel NF one day at 10:00 am and the mp pastel another day at 10;15 and lots of items have shown then. Some in the afternoon too.

Love the aesthetic looks of the lv neo noe, the versatility of it and the print on it just looks set & perfect!
Really love it and I could already imagine me carrying it crossbody and filling it up with more than essentials coz most of my bags fits only essential items like the Alma bb and classic flaps.
So this might be able to fit tons more yet look great!

I’ll try to do the same hopefully it will restock coz I was surprised too I thought I saw they were available and when I’m ready to check out it’s unavailable!
Maybe some eye tricks

Yes the neo noe is a fun bag to carry. The strap is very cool how it converts from shoulder carry to crossbody, and I use that strap on other bags too. It holds a lot and I love the inner zip pocket for my phone and small wallet in case - horror - I drop the bag or fall and have things spill - try not to but you never know. Dreamy is a great word for this collection, especially the pastels for me. I love pinks and purples and this hits all the right notes- especially the pink leather. Can’t wait to hear the news that your pieces are winging their way to you! Good luck! Bet you will find them.

Thank you all for your kind responses input and pictures The picture of the pastel neverfull made me feel a lot better I think I’m just comparing it too much too my regular mono NF and there just made completely different at the end of the day.....having seen yours I at least know it’s just part of the bag, the hardware being a little beat up will happen with use of the bag and the food mark and black dots I was able to get off completely I was just getting way too stuck in my head... I have never returned an item before and with the crazy state of the world no In store returns ( which is a good thing ) but like you pointed out shipping it back is a scary thing.... you guys are so so sweet I think I rely on peoples opinions more than my own which is a personal thing I do all too much lol I am my own worst enemy ....I took for granted going in store to buy something and compare, I think I will just hold on to her and love her for what she is Unless it really bothers me.....

Your completely right I’m focusing wayy too much on it because I’m stuck at home with nothing to do and I’m trying to keep myself occupied with something other than the news that’s exactly it... if there hadn’t been marks on it I probably wouldn’t have thought twice about the leather I think it had just made me over analyze the bag.....thank you again for adding the picture it gave me so much more peace of mind knowing it’s not just my bag with that little creasing it’s just part of the bag .... I promise I will stop bugging you guys lol I just have gotten too far in my head thinking and you all have been so kind I know there is bigger things going on right now but you all have been a positive outlet and put many smiles during this hard time

My little treat came!! Color is much lighter than I imagined which is makes it more classy and less bubblegum in my opinion. Love it!
