I would change the setting and left over money, purchase or save for stud earring.

I would keep the same setting and re-dip it in rhodium, then get a wedding band that you can wear up against the ER, or maybe if you do an aquamarine band, you could wear it on the other hand?

If there's money left over aftearwards, maybe you could get some aquamarine/diamond stud earrings.
