I thought so too. I always watch YouTube videos before I buy a bag. She was really good and says she will follow up with a what’s in my bag and those are helpful too to see what fits.
Received the two academy crossbodies today. Thinking I will still return but I like them more than I thought I would. I'm actually digging the signature one, and the colors on it, than the black one, surprisingly, perhaps because the Coach tag on the front is a little less pronounced or noticeable. I took a quick photo with my soft slim wallet for size reference. Although they both came from JAX, they both look like returns, which is odd. Both had some of the wrapping off completely or ripped and stuffed back in the bag. Weird.
I like the bright colored/sig one... I don't think I want that style, but that style is a better option than some others based on size for me.
I wish they could take the black leather and put the brighter flowers on it -

I know hindsight is 20/20 but wouldn't this look fantastic on a saddle bag with nothing to interrupt the print...ahhhh
Called CS to find out what is happening with my order, shipping from store and guess what the store has no inventory- I think partly because it’s not on the store until next week and I have given up hope for my tabby 26 making it to my door step, think the hurricane has a better chance.
Maybe it will arrive in store by the 9/1 store launch date and then they will ship it to you? Did you receive the regular size one yet? My order just shows "shipping from store" but the free card case shipped from JAX a few days ago.
Really upset with Coach right now. I placed an order for the Marleigh Satchel last week. They held the money on my card but never updated or confirmed my shipping time. I sent an email over to them asking for an update and was told that the bag is sold out and my order has been cancelled. Yet, they are still holding my money and to add insult to injury the bag is showing as avialable on their sitie.
Gonna be a while before I buy anything from therm. Their site has been a mess for weeks and their customer care is not much better. SMH. I have more than 100 Coach bags and have been a customer since I was 8 years old and i have never experienced this before.

The Fall line is definitely having major issues. I ordered the KF tabby 26 4 times. 1st 3 were canceled for being out of stock. Backorder dates have also been jumping all over the place. My regular size tabby has had 3 different backorder dates and now says shipping from store but I don't believe it.
