Also slightly curious of the floral signature Marleigh on the site. Are those the correct colors shown or is it really the neon one? Probably just wishful thinking though lol
I ordered the academy bag. Like you, I hope the strap is printed, but obviously have my doubts. My sa is going to check to see if they got any of this stuff in. If he happens to send me a photo of this bag I can confirm some stuff I'll let you know!
Yes mine broke and I hadn't even used it yet. I would have given it another try, but I couldn't fit anything inside. The interior is narrower than it looks because of the concave sides. It's really gorgeous though!

Both my 26 and academy pouch are processing. The troupe crossbody still shows backorder. My FOS order went from backorder to processing. The warehouse must be going crazy.
I would not worry about it breaking, mine could have been a fluke. It is truly gorgeous so hopefully you can make it work!
So it did really break on you? From your pics it looks like one side might lift out so you can open it wider? If the metal broke that is not good at all.

I don't know if it broke on me or it was broken to begin with. I texted a pic to my SA and she said it's not supposed to to that.
I thought at first it might be the case that it is expandable. It's not. I noticed when I was seeing what would fit and (you open by pulling the strings on front and back) and I was pulling the strings wider and all of a sudden the top piece came out. That top piece is supposed to have an opposing bottom piece that hooks into the cylindrical piece. I don't see the bottom piece anywhere, so it is possible it was broken to begin with. I was excited though when I thought the bags' sides expanded
I think the Neon one has not been released yet or is a special hard-do-get edition - who knows? We will see. Anyone that wants a bag should just get on the site and try - things go in and out constantly - Or better yet - just call Coach - I think you have a better chance of getting something if you call
Hoping to call later about the tabby. My kids have been fighting with each other alllll day and I haven't had a moment of peace and quiet to call. I tried to not impulse buy last night and totally regret missing out now lol.

I was on Coach’s website today and chatted with a specialist. I asked her about it and said wish I could send you a photo and she said here’s my email. So I sent it and she loved it but doesn’t show it in her system. She says more is coming. She just says keep watching. I called the Coach store an hour away from me a few days ago and he had me text him the photo and he contacted the New York store and they just said more is coming and new bag straps too, probably the flowered one. He told me more is coming Aug. 23-Sept. 1. Maybe this bag was just a demo or sample to show some of KF’s colors on his upcoming Coach collaboration. The person that posted this pic back in February on this forum said their SA sent it to them and maybe it was instore only. I don’t know. I’m just putting it out there so if you guys hear/see anything you can let me know too. Thanks!
