This is the kit I purchased for the pouch with handle. Around $10 usd. They have a 1/4 inch diameter opening.

Thanks I almost ordered the exact one, but I got one that also had black grommets. I have the black pouch I forgot the line it was green. I’m just torn. Do I actually go through with it or do I just use the straps with the tabs? I mean it does really look better with the right??? I need someone to convince me before I destroy my bagLol

Maybe use the kit with the tabs for a while and see if it works well for you. If not you can always do the grommets later. I practiced on a few scrap pieces of fabric first before I did mine.

If you want to add straps to your cosmetic pouch but don't want to punch holes and don't want the strap to slide, you need to buy the straps that have tabs with a leather insert that fits into the groove of the longchamp bag handles.
