Have you bought this and tried it out yourself? It looks promising but there are no reviews at all.
I have not, I just found it today. Other members have posted this type of strap holder (see below) but so far this is the only one I have found.
Im hoping with this thread we can get everyones photos and input. I like that we dont have to punch our own holes on the ends for the strap20230301_225759.jpg20230301_230510.jpg

I just wonder how the wear of the extra weight of the strap holder is on the handle over time. I hope people who have experience with something like this will chime in also :)

If taobao is the site i am thinking, it will be very hard to use for Americans for more reasons than that it is all in chinese.

It is also available on Mercari but they want at least $30 for it. Just type in ,,Longchamp no punching holes,, or something like that. The seller seems to be a power seller based in California though so. . .

The Etsy seems to be the most convenient option. They all buy them in bulk from AliExpress sellers to resell though. If you buy through AliExpress is very convenient but just make sure to use a credit card that will be easy to resolve in case your numbers get stolen.

People's cc numbers get stolen off AliExpress often? I have not bought from there but have seen a lot of other people buy from that site. I ordered the one off Etsy and hope that it works for me.

I don't think often or else you would probably hear more stories about it, but I personally know a British buyer whose numbers were indeed stolen.

whoa! so you ordered from them and recieved the item? How is it?
The strap is a lot thinner than the pictures made it seem. It is also shorter than what I thought (too short for me to wear crossbody- I'm 5'8"). Since they disappeared, I can't see the listing to compare measurements. Not sure what I will do with this now.

Oh that’s upsetting. I hope you can find an use for it or maybe contact Etsy to be reimbursed?

I bought this off Etsy and the snap things you attach to the bag slide up the handles and end up there. They don’t stay down at each side of the bag handle. Nice concept, bad execution. It was pretty useless for my needs. I threw it away.
