Ugh. I was chatting to a SA in Manc Selfridges, asked her outright if they were expecting a price increase and she said she didn't think so because they hadn't been told about any. This was a couple of weeks ago, just before the US one.
Sounds like I need to hurry up and order my birthday present. Thanks for mentioning that!
P.S. I think that the lapis one is the nicest bean that T&Co do.
I think I'm going to ring them tmrow and double check the price increase - maybe she said that to try to get me to buy but she did sound very convincing about the price increase!
Thanks re your comment about the bean - to be honest I wish I hadn't seen it. I bought a love bracelet recently and promised myself I wouldn't get anymore jewelry for a while - ahem, I have no self control!!

I fancy an everyday necklace with a little bit of a sparkle and I'm leaning towards something like the Metro horseshoe one. I considered a BDTY until I realised that I actually have a 1.5 ct stone which could be re-set into a pendant and would be more impressive

Love the horseshoe pendant! Happy bday for whenever it is. I have a bday towards end of July - if I do buy the lapis bean, that's how I'll justify it... An early bday present for me

I know exactly what you mean...... my boyfriend says it reminds him of a Jelly Belly bean
When you look closely at the lapis, it is a mixture of dark blue with lighter blue (in a pattern that is almost leopard print). It is very pretty.
