I sell S&D..my one year is coming up in March and i LOVE LVOE LOOOOOVE it!!!

I have great experience with the line. NOthing major has happened to any of my pieces especially since I wear them a lot and show them at Trunk Shows! But I have to say we have an EXCELLENT return policy and we really stand behind our product. Our standards are above average and are all about quality!

Of course I wear it! Nothing else I would wear! Love everything, I get compliments all the time with all my jewels, from delicate to the ever fabulous Metropolitan Mixed Chain or Nolita Necklace!!

Average range is really any person who loves jewels! We've got a Little Girls Line, Tween aside from our normal line. I would say avearge could be 24 - 55ish.

Crystalina - The Stackable Deco Rings are one of my best sellers!! Haven't had any complaints yet! My mom bought a set and she wears hers all the time! She's not a ring person and doesn't have a wedding set since they got stolen but she wears these and people compliment her a lot!

I've had mine and wear it and it's as good as new!

If you want me to send you a Look book PM me with your addy and i'll send you one! :)

I kind of wondered the same thing....

I will say that I tend to shy away from "home based" jewelry businesses. Not that I don't mind the jewelry, but I think some of it is overpriced. Also, I ordered a Silpada necklace from a friend that was starting to get into it and I wasn't happy with it at all. The beads felt cheap and it had one of those toggle clasps, where you slide the little metal bar through a loop, and it always came undone. It was like the metal bar wasn't long enough to reach across the loop.

I would be curious as to how StellaDot is, because some of their stuff is super cute. It seems like it would be good casual jewelry.

nyc why don't you tell your friend about your necklace and maybe she can do something about the return/exchange.

I'm serious ladies..our return policy is the BEST (30 days refund, 90 days exchange)! I had a customer who got an item she wasn't particularly happy with and she just forgot to call me as life just got too busy...well I happened to call her and asked her about it and it was like the 87th day after purchase and I exchanged the item for her for something she looves.

lol i know i am totally being biased...lol but i do agree that before S&D I've never been a fan of home businesses. And Stella & Dot is all about getting the ICK out of "home parties". it's the new generation!

I would have loved too! She stopped selling it though! :(

It's okay, I guess I was just more disappointed in the quality.

How is StellaDot different? How do you take the "ick" factor out?

I bought the "Renegade" bracelet and I really like it. I saw it on someone and just ordered it on line (you do not have to go to a home party to purchase), very edgy piece, wear it with tons of bangles and a Tory Burch wrap bracelet. Hoping the gold color stays and does not tarnish quickly. Wendy one of the PF bloggers shows wearing it also.

I bought the wide gold cuff. Can't remember the name but it's a pretty lace motif design. I thought it was really pretty and not seen too often. The quality of the piece is quite nice and not flimsy. It's not cheap but not over the top either. Once I ordered it the shipping was fast and packaged in a cute box. I like the fact they give u style tips and how to wear the pieces. Give it a try. Good luck.

I purchased the starfish brooch for my mother a few years ago after seeing their booth at a local fair. Their jewelry is very pretty and seems to wear well. Wish it was a little cheaper for costume jewelry though ;)

They have some fun pieces.....
Def not fine jewelry but fun, cute pieces. Trendy. I bought some from a friend who sells it but I must admit that I let my little girls play dress up with it. The little girls jewelry's adorable. Easy to get caught up at the parties because everything is so upbeat and sparkly.:smile1::smile1:

I just hosted a party last weekend and was thrilled to be able to purchase the "phoenix" necklace with my credit earned from others purchases. It was $198...which is out of my price range for fun jewelry...but I absolutely in LOVE with the necklace! I also earned 50% off three items...I ended up getting two bracelets and a pair of earrings that I had been lusting after. My total was @$100.
The quality is really great in my opinion and it was so nice to get that credit from others purchases!

Love the "Shine Light on Autism"...what a bonus!
Bravo!!!

I have a friend who was a stylist & I've seen tons of it (I styled one of thier runway shows) & frankly wasn't impressed. It's terribly overpriced for what you get - like any pyramid type home sale.

I recently bought several pieces and they're actually very well made, especially for the price. I've been disappointed recently with "costume" jewelry, particularly CC Skye, where every bracelet I've bought literally breaks after the first or second use. And I am NOT hard on my jewelry. My Stella and Dot pieces have held up really well...besides, I think they're really pretty too!
