it’s not where my heart is set on, but my budget lol. I can’t justify that much for the classic love, that’s why I chose the small JUC and love. I’d rather have 2 then only one.
Don’t settle. You won’t be satisfied. I would get the classic and save for the second one. You have to plan a perfect stacked arm and it’s costly. The thins are nice when mixing in with classic

I second this. You want to be absolutely happy when looking at your arm, not kinda happy but also wishing it was something else (the classic). Stacking is truly a test of patience, since depending on your budget it can take a while to get where you want - but once you’re there I’m sure you’ll be really happy that you didn’t compromise on the way!

But then I’m the kind of person who in the past would get the budget friendly option of something only to hum & haw for weeks afterwards since it’s not what I REALLY wanted. Then eventually break and get the thing I wanted in the first place - a process that ends up being way more expensive (double spend) than if I just got it to begin with. So definitely recommend waiting & saving. Your future self & purse will be grateful!

I actually never said I wanted the classic one in the first place.. everyone else who responded said I had to go for the classic first while my question was should I take the small juc or the small love..

Oh well, it doesn’t really matter. I appreciate everyone’s opinion. I really like the smaller ones actually ;)

I’m sure it will be a lovely experience whichever one you decide.

If you do decide small JUC I would size up. My 16 fits like the one you tried and I’m really not happy with it.
Agree. I initially had the regular JUC in the recommended size (one down from my classic love) but didn’t care for the cuff like fit. I exchanged it for same size as my classic love which made it 1) a more comfortable bangle fit and 2) easier to stack with and around.

So this implies you are settling for the small juc/love. There’s nothing wrong in settling, as a lot of people love things that is way out of budget so we buy what we can afford.
However the replies you got, were given because of your response. As your logic was you rather buy 2 small instead of 1 classic piece-so most gave their opinions on going for 1 piece at a time and to think long term.
Whatever you choose I hope you love and cherish it.

I thought that people advised this so that the JUC wouldn't scratch the love. How long do you have your stack? Are you wearing just the JUC and the love? Does the JUC not scratch the love? I love the look of a love and JUC but the idea of the JUC scratching the love more than wearing the love itself scares me a bit.

I totally get why I got those replies now, lol. Thanks for the insight.
I wasn’t really settling for the small ones, I just don’t want to spend 6k on a bracelet. So when wanting a Cartier bracelet and not willing to pay over 6k, I guess it’s called settling for the smaller ones  I love the look of the smaller ones and this is a price point which I think is ok.

I totally get it. Most people feel the same way about spending 3/4K on the small Cartier love/juc and rather with that money buy an unbranded jewellery that is more substantial (not the people on this Cartier subforum tho lol). It all boils down to what you think is “worth it” or not and your financial means.

I wear the classic love close to my wrist so they barely ever touch. If they do it’s just the top edge not across front of the screws. I’ve worn them this way 24/7 for more than a year without issue but should add that I do not inspect the love closely. I enjoy the nice patina that’s developed over time.

Personally, I love the dainty look of the small love bracelet and wedding love band. If the original love and small love were the same price, I would still choose the small love bracelet. Just make sure you don’t have regrets and are settling for the small love. If your heart is loving the original size, I suggest waiting a bit longer and saving so you have no regrets

Hi so do you wear the love and the Juc same size? I'm asking as I was at the store and been told I should be a 17 in Juc and 18 in Love. I was hesitant and told them I feel 17 love is my size so I brought the 16 juc to try at home but it was tight. So I can say 17 Juc is my size. But when I put the love I feel like its too loose with the size 18.. So I'm now curious to see somebody actually wearing the same size in them.

Hi ladies,
First time poster here  For Christmas I’m getting the trinity bracelet from my hubby and daughter
And ofcourse I want to start building my own Cartier stack. Would you first buy the small juc or the small love?

this is me wearing the juc size 16. I think I need to size up? View attachment 4934799
Hi have you ended up with the small Juc or the small Love? I'm torn in between hence asking. Thank you
