Wow I can't believe the stock vs the real thing is so different for the bears. To me the helmet/ears make a huge difference.

That's so frustrating! Yoda doesn't even look like... yoda. Just a green bear in a robe. Guess I'll be returning

I called in to see if they had yoda bear keychain, but they only had chewbacca and one han solo left.
Just went to the outlet, and the sales rep was able to find yoda in the back (yay!), and also got chewbacca. Looks like they're pretty much going to sell out at this rate but doesn't hurt to visit a store if you're near one.

I don't know why they have to keep using 'ice cream cones' for eyes on the little metal bears and turn lock pieces and other metal parts in the fuzzy bears. Coach has done them to death. How about a few with a bit more proper / normal eyes and noses?

Which is why I think an error occurred. I think they they posted the full price item photos but shipped the outlet items
The bear charms are strictly an outlet line so the error is probably the preproduction pictures they didn’t update when they actually produced them. The Yoda ears and Vader helmet are iconic, why didn’t they produce them that way!?
I think you are right, and I would think since it takes so long for the full price line to come out sometimes, they would not be prepared with those pics. I am really surprised they have such complete different pics, as I don't think that is a normal problem. I am not sure if I will keep mine or not....when I get them I will have to decide what I think.
Either because it cost more or because they wanted to keep them all looking like bears.
I was wondering if in the end there was an issue with the actual production of the Yoda with the pointy ears, the price point and the fact that the Yoda ears project out so far.
The C3PO/R2D2 charm is really cute in person.All the metal bag charms were gone by the time I got on today. But I did get these. I love Star Wars and I don't have bag bears of any kind. I could only get the C3p0 of the flat charm. The Chewie bag bear is not very cute.
Coach should have done a satchel like Chewy's LOL! Chewy would love one of the vintage Messenger bags! 
The Princess Leia and Chewy bears are super cute. They do look closest to their online pictures. If you ordered one of those you might really like them. Chewbacca's look as a character best lends itself to the depiction of a cute bear. Hope you like what you ordered in the end!
