Star Wars?

All the metal bag charms were gone by the time I got on today. But I did get these. I love Star Wars and I don't have bag bears of any kind. I could only get the C3p0 of the flat charm. The Chewie bag bear is not very cute.

I agree, and they aren't even cute.
The problem is no one is speaking up, if we buy it they continue. The customer service line actually works, let them know how we are feeling! They listen. If even 30% of us called and voice an opinion about more leather pieces, less patches and that writing a title on something isn't d fashion it's just laziness. Also enough with the uncoated glitter it's Coach! We want quality that last forever not cheap glittered vinyl you would find on a backpack at Claire's.
Make a point to call and say these things I guarantee it won't happen again, but if we don't and we all let it become sold out they will keep repeating these sad designs.

Wow, it does seem the online photos don't match the actual based on the Darth Vader example. I've also noticed Yoda has pointy ears in the pictures online, but not on the actual bear (based on pictures on resale sites, haven't been to the outlet in person.) I'd be irritated if I ordered online and got something different. I mean, Darth's helmet and Yoda's pointy ears are part of what identifies them (aside from the color, of course.)

My experience is that customer service will help with issues you have, but they aren't responsive about big picture / product line issues. They will sound symphathetic but I don't get the sense they actually feel they can help make changes. If they could then FOS and other Coach products would be shipped in much better shape--that is an issue they get a lot when they help with returns, and that problem still remains on some orders.

Are there 2 black bear charms? The one on-line, Darth Vader, looks like this

They take the stock photos very early on in the process. Once production begins, they've often changed some details but they almost never go back and replace the stock photo. I agree, Darth should definitely have the helmet. That is his most identifying feature.

Judging from previous releases I feel like this will first be outlet then a full priced collection released after

Anyone recall about how long between the outlet release and the full priced release for past special collections? I kind of hope they don't do a Star Wars full priced collection for the sake of my wallet! Haha...but who am I kidding, as a big Star Wars fan, I want it!

Picked these up yesterday and thought I'd post photos of them as a courtesy to those who haven't seen them in person yet. The Yoda charm looks different from what is advertised online. The ears are totally different. The shade of green is different. It's a sharper green rather than the soft Yoda green of the actual character. The chain and keyring part are not light gray but in reality is closer to darker gunmetal. The Darth Bear does not have the helmet, which is disappointing. Darth Bear's belt has some coloring in it. It would be disappointing to buy these online and be shipped bears that are lacking important character details. For me, I think for the price I am going to return them. I don't think that they are a good value for the price. Especially since the Darth doesn't have the helmet, which is kinda an important thing for the character. The Chewy and Princess Leia Bears are cute, though, and look closer to their online pictures.darth bear charm - 1.jpgdarth bear charm - 2.jpggreen yoda charm - 1.jpg
