Star Wars?

I hope there is something better than that. I am not loving any of that.

Agreed.
Actually, when I saw the princess bear on the left, for a minute I thought it was an aviator with his big earphones on.

I'm actually starting to feel like something is wrong with me. I've never been terribly into Disney, so that whole collection (both boutique and MFF) went right over my head. Keith Haring (?) I'd never actually heard of before (yeah, I admit it). Peanuts .... eh .... I watched the cartoons as a kid, but never felt the zeal. I did get a Chelsea tattoo bag and strap, but primarily because the picture reminded me of a vintage Doctor Who.

Am I really that removed from pop culture? :confused1:
Star Wars -- I was certainly around for the early round of movies, but only ever saw the very first one. Saw it once, never watched it again. My parents bought me all the action figures, which my young self apparently didn't care about. We just found them in my mom's attic, still in pristine condition and with the boxes too. My husband's eyes absolutely bugged out when I produced them. He acted like I had the Holy Grail. "Do you realize what those are???? Do you realize what they're worth???" I just shrugged, handed them to him and said, "Merry Christmas."

Please note, I am NOT suggesting there's anything wrong with any of those subjects ... Star Wars, Disney ... any of them. Rather, I'm asking if there's something wrong with *me*. :confused1: :hrmm::amazed:

I told DH about the Star Wars line, and he said, "Oh no!" I asked, "What? Do you think I want a Star Wars bag? What would they put on it?" So everyone came up with ideas (Yoda's face, Han Solo's frozen face of horror, Boba Fet...) that had me laughing so hard! Then they got to R2D2, and I exclaimed, "Aw! R2D2! Yes! I would carry an R2D2 bag!" LOL!

@momtok That's funny about your DH and the action figures! Since your DH loves Star Wars, you might end up watching them all sometime with him and like some of the movies more than others. I found the Anakin and Padme storyline cute. (If I am misspelling any or all of the characters names, please excuse me! :) )

I am sure you are not alone on this, lol. For me, I don't care for most of the collections, but then sometimes they sneak up on me, and I have no idea why. I have no obsession for Snow White, but had to get a couple Dark Fairytale items. I have no obsession for Dalmatians, but who bought a Dalmatian Dinky and loves it, lol? It does depend on how well the items are done though--I won't buy something just because I like what it is based on.... I mean, that Star Wars better have something better than that picture :-)

Was it deleted? I'm not seeing what everyone is talking about...
I should add that the picture only had a few large dolls (that I didn't find all that cute), and a few bags with random patches and pictures. I wish I could describe it better, but it didn't look anything like the other lines they have done that have been so cute.

Hi online strangers, I just made an account because I'm super excited about the Star Wars collection. I saw the 60 day ad on the site that day but I didn't get to see any picture of the bears or products and I I reeeeally want a bear, does anyone have a screenshot or pic they can post or send me?
