‘We have removed your order because the item was not in a good condition to sell them to you.’ This was the response I got from customer services repeatedly for enquiring why an order I placed successfully was cancelled the next day. I was expecting to get something like stock issues or my bank card issues or I don’t know what but I got the strangest response and when I asked her what she meant she said I need to go to store. Anyone have any idea?

I had no plans to get it, I'm very very new to LV. I just clicked on it to check it out, as they are so popular on YouTube, and I loved how cute they look. When I saw it available I thought I need to grab it asap!

Maybe quality control issues. Over the past few months several of members have received defective items, some very obvious returns by previous customers. Maybe they're finally adding extra check before shipping.

Thanks and yes could be. I just didn’t want to spend so much time stalking and then have my order cancelled again.

Is there any chance to purchase Dauphine MM? I've got the mini one but it doesn't look good on me :sad:
So disappointed and looking for the bigger size. Has anyone seen Dauphine MM recently? :confused1:
