I got one in store two wks ago was made 11th week not that anything was wrong with it though. Have you exceeded your 3 item limit yet? They have a rule of nomore than 3 in 6 month period and they dont allow you to buy similar items (at least not right away). You should make a new account incase you manage to stalk the DE one. I bought a mono key pouch n then a DE but that got cancelled cos i’d already bought the mono. They never tell you why it gets cancelled though.
Is the limit per month? Because I’ve bought around 7* items this year so far. Although 3 had to be returned.
In store they said only 3 in a 6 month period but if you have returned items that’s fine. I reached my limit of 3 in store in june, tried to buy a PSM in aug and they refused to sell to me she was so rude. They also monitor how much you return as well but not sure what the limit is for that. My friend bought a PA and then tried to buy a mini PA the next day (both in store) and they wouldn’t let her saying she already bought a hot item very recent and to check again in a few wks or few months! So much easier to be able to buy these HTF items online where SA’s cant lie and say they dont have them in store. They ALWAYS ask if its for yourself or not. If you ever make a first purchase in store i suggest using a different email address and home address - some wont sell to you either if you tell them its your first purchase until you show ID especially bond street the most rude and unhelpful staff in there.
Btw anyone looking for a PA in DA it’s available in bond street (although this item no longer appears on the uk site). Good luck in getting them to check and bring it out for you though and take your passport, they are very strict in that store and want to check what you’ve purchased before and whether you’re lying if you say its your first purchase lol my friend had such a hard time trying to help me buy that there and they refused to let her buy a mini PA at the same time lying it wasnt there n then saying she can only choose 1 of the 2.
Mhm that’s so strange. I mainly do all my purchases online, since I have no LV stores around me.
In April I purchased 2 key pouches, returned the DA print. In June I bought a pair of frontrow trainers that had to be returned due to it being used. In August I bought the PSM and a Speedy B 25 in Birmingham Bullring. Returned the PSM because I preferred the Speedy B 25. Then in September the TP 26 and mono mini PA.
I’ve had no problems with my stuff processing and some of them are popular items. I wonder if online is different?
Edit: guess it’s my limit now so I’m interested to see if my next online purchase will be rejected lol! I’m surprised they’re letting me buy the hot items.
Your trainers wouldnt count - only applies to canvas pieces. So you have purchased 4 pieces from april to sept but one item was bought in store (which was speedy b25 and that wouldve been your second piece). I think when you buy online it doesnt show what you’ve purchased in store so that would be why. I think if you try and buy another mini PA soon it would get cancelled.
It makes sense that they do this I guess, since there are so many resellers online. I see so many brand new pieces for sale. Annoying for people who actually want to buy for our own use. I really want the multi pochette, so I’ll need to take your advice and create an account using my partners details, thanks for the heads up!
No probs. I know its so devastating when you’ve found it in store and it’s right in front of you but they wont sell it to you after you give them your details. Yess create one now i also did the same lol
Oh congratulations, I'm looking for the DE one but they are sooo overpriced on eBay! I am banned from purchasing online for the foreseeable future as apparently I have returned too many items over the last year! I'm not quite sure what they are accusing me of!?

I’ve been reading what everyone’s been saying about only being able to purchase a certain amount of canvas items within a 3-6 month period.
I believe online orders are not included. I’m saying this because I only purchase online and within the last 3 months I purchased the following. (I am also from the US.)

i’ve yet to exceed the 3 item limit online cos ive found most things in store. But they did not allow me to buy two key pouches one day after the other online.
In store i bought a rosalie coin purse in april and then a PA and mini PA late june.
I then tried to buy a psm in aug and the SA didnt let me. She said i had to wait 6 months frm the last purchase which was june. I’ve had to find other ways getting what i wanted through friends then when i went to paris in aug they created a new account for me as i hadn't purchased over there before so i registered again using a different email address and also managed to buy something here using the new account created in paris lol. If i had known about these rules i would’ve used a different name the first time i bought something in store as they didnt ask for my ID that day. But im glad to have found all the HTF things i want now

Wow. That’s crazy. Sorry to hear that they limit you with your purchases. I think that’s ridiculous! I am however glad that you were able to obtain the other stuff you wanted by using other names and having others obtain it for you.
