After reading your messages, I’m a little confused with why you received the cancellation email? I ordered the nano speedy yesterday around 2pm online and have just received an email to say it’s been dispatched...
Doesn’t make any sense. Maybe you should bring it up with LV.
If I see the nano speedy again (add to bag) I am happy to help you snag it

Hi, my husband rang LV and asked re order cancellation and they are saying it is because one has already been ordered so he cannot buy. He was saying that he has never bought anything from LV and it is the first time etc but I don’t know what they said as he was confused because apparently they kept repeating the same thing which is one has already been bought. Literally no idea what they are on about, unless it is because it is the same address. But how does that matter because yes we live in same house obviously but we are two separate individuals. Anyway that’s why I was frustrated esp as they do seem to make up rules as they go.

That’s fantastic, enjoy your new bag! And thank you for offering to help. I will be requesting my sister to have a look when she’s near an LV store in London too and she’s brand new to LV so hopefully they won’t restrict her.. she’s never bought anything from LV.

How frustrating! If he bought it in store they would not check that. Seems like they just make up rules as they go along yesss.

Exactly, he’s new to LV and has no interest in designer items to be honest. I created it so he could buy it for me. Can you imagine if only one person per household could buy from LV - just makes no sense. ?anyhow, I think when I get one we can all rejoice hahaha
