Hi girls! I’m from Egypt and I’ve been wanting to buy the PA in mono really bad. And I have a friend who’s staying in the UK but they don’t have an English credit card. So I kept stalking the PA till it came available and I completed all process with my friend’s UK address for shipping and my credit card and Egyptian address for billing. Then after money was charged, I got an email that they were not able to process my order.

Then I read here that you can write the same UK address in shipping and billing and write the details of my Egyptian credit card but with my friend’s UK address as billing. I did so the next time it appeared online and again I received the same email :sad:

Then third time it became available I tried my brother’s PayPal account but it didn’t complete the process :sad:

Any clue if there’s any possibility for me to buy the PA mono? Thanks in advance :flowers::flowers:

I think you could still use paypal but it would have to be with your name and address i presume. If your friend has an LV account maybe it would be easier if she just purchased it for you?

Hi dear! So sorry to hear but your billingadress and creditcard information have to match as you did in your first try according to what the LV website says. Then fill in hers only in the shipping.
But i know for a fact from my PA that the creditcard system is really extremely sensitive, if something is a little bit weird they will cancel your order. If you use a creditcard from egypt to order on the EU site i dont think it will work. If I were you i would call customer service to find out why it wont work.:confused1:

my friend doesn’t mind buying it for me but she will not be dedicated to stalking the bag till it’s available again.

Also I think there will never be enough time for me to stalk and to inform her to login and proceed with buying it for me and bag would still be available :D

I called the customer service the second time and they said they cannot know the exact reason for each case but usually it will be something to do with payment.

Hey there! I’m from Australia and did this on the US site to get a PA through my sister in law who is in Texas. Use the English/UK address as both your billing and shipping addresses.
I used my SIL’s address for both and it worked. The card itself shouldn’t matter.

Another way I can see is if your friend in UK allowed you access to her LV account and her own banking so you could stalk yourself and place the order whenever the item comes up again as if you were her and then reimburse her after. Not ideal obviously, and it depends on your guys relationship I suppose as I understand this wouldn't be everyones cup of tea and so risky for all the obvious reasons...

On the other hand as I read through your post now again, even if your friend is in UK now but he/she doesn't have the UK or EU based bank card then even this route may not work. If the card's origin address is outside UK/EU LV's europian site would probably flag and refuse transaction.. I'm not much help, I'm sorry...

Hi! I used my boyfriend’s credit card (issued in PH) but wrote BOTH delivery and billing addresses down to our UK address now. Went through fine and got my bag two days after. :)
