My DE key pouch i ordered yesterday at 10am is still in the submitted stage.... more than 24 hours ago! This is absurdly long right?

Did you receive your order has shipped email? Sometimes your order doesn’t always reflect the correct status. Happened to me. Maybe check with CS.

Yes all of the emails I receive straight after I place an order are the 'shipped' ones, which is of course not true. (They really need to fix this weird glitch). But when it does actually get shipped I get the email again, followed by UPS info. I might call CS, although I do think it is accurate and they haven't got round to validating the order yet. Just strange that it's taking so long!

The system isn’t great. I had pending for days, the order arrived and still said pending in my account.

Yes, but a few days later. That’s how I knew the account info was incorrect. I placed an order this morning it states submitted and have email confirmation. Not particularly concerned as I’m sure it’ll ship shortly.

I feel like the last couple of days have been pretty quiet on the restocking at the regular time’s, how do weekends typically compare with week days? I noticed last weekend a lot of restocks happened, esp the PA Mono which has rarely been about the past few days.

It was on pretty frequently a few weeks back when lockdown was in full swing still.

Has there been a significant drop in online restocks of HTF items since things started opening back up across various countries? I haven’t been actively following but would be interesting to know...!
