Sorry to hear that! I agree with bigverne28 that it is definitely worth calling the CS and asking about the reason for all the cancellations. Fingers crossed for your next purchases!

Usually if you buy something and you get an order confirmation, and they don’t have the item available, you’ll be in pending availability until they get it in stock. If they don’t get it in stock after two weeks your order will be cancelled. But if your order gets cancelled within a day it’s most likely because of something else and not because they are out of stock. So I’d say call them because no matter how much you order it sounds like it’ll be cancelled until you figure out the reason behind :smile:

I got the nice nano today at the boutique, it’s the cutest thing ever!!! :yahoo: they had only received one so I am so thankful that my SA put it aside for me until today. And got a bigger box for my misshaped pochette accessoire that I received 2 weeks ago. They didn’t have the toiletry 19 but for the people who are stalking for one I was told that they can order it for me so a text to your favorite sa or a phone call to CS should do. Good luck!

That’s amazing glad you love it, I got one too, I got a wee surprise from my hubby this morning. I’m so happy. I uploaded a photo today on another topic but here it is,
