Sorry, a bit off topic from stalking.

I just got a reply from CS that they won't send me a bag for my (expensive) pochette metis. Those are only for customers through their stores.... Not online. I asked extra nicely and explained it is for a gift to my mom. I pay the exact mount of money online as I would if I had a store nearby? And the closest store (in another country, so I can't pick up online orders from there anyway), were even closed at the time.

Heck, I've paid A LOT to LV these past months! LV really don't care about their customers at all. So disappointed..

CS can't send LV shopping bags. When the blue ribbon was missing from one of my packages I was told nothing could be done as all online purchases come straight from the warehouse. Why not buy an LV bag on eBay?

I doubt it’s true though... they would tell you anything in order for us to hang up! I ve seen several unboxings on YouTube from online purchases and people got a shopping bag... don’t know where in the world exactly but some people do get a shopping bag. And same thing for the ribbons and the square card attached to the ribbon, sometimes you get those sometime you don’t. I received the ribbon with all my online purchases but the card only with half of them.

Youtubers can also make their unboxings look more appealing by adding to the content. I take most of these very lightly and usually fast forward to the product and ignore the 'frills' etc!
