Your heart drops when you think you've lost it. Lol!

Save the bag if you haven't already. In my experience I didn’t need to keep refreshing the bag because as soon as the item was back in stock it no longer showed as greyed out so I could proceed. Others suggest to keep refreshing, so no harm doing that too!.

I’ve attached an example of when I was successfully able to add the MPA to my bag on two occasions.

So it became black again without having to refresh or without having to exit the window and come back to the window ?

Even if you leave the window it will still be in the basket when you go back. I didn't refresh and the item showed not greyed when stock was available. Others have suggested keep refreshing the basket page, but I can only go on my experience for this one item!

My question is. If you have a out of stock item in your basket, it’s greyed. But If this windows stays open (with the greyed out of stock item) and you don’t refresh that window and if all of the sudden it’s back in stock will it be back to black (colour when it’s in stock) ? Hi everyone! First time poster. After weeks of stalking the website (and lurking here), I just managed to bag a Noe BB in mono. There only seem to have been one because it's gone now. I managed to check out - phew! However, instead of a confirmation email, I received a dispatch email straight away! Is this normal? My previous website order was confirmation straight away, dispatch email two days later. I'm nervous, I read about so many cancelled orders.

Edit: On the website the order is "Order in preparation" status.
