We managed to order the Pochette Metis for my mum last week (just called the customer service) and it is perfect. She is super happy with it. Here‘s a picture. If you have the patience- try again: the good ones are out there :flowers:

But somewhere in the PM thread there was talk about online vs. store purchase and condition of the bags. I can only partly agree that online purchases are not as good as store purchases quality wise ..
to put it short: in-store Metis mono was fab, online Metis reverse was not as satisfying (but I wanted it so bad and lived with it) and when my SA finally got my waitlist Reverse in, I showed her my online purchased Reverse and she exchanged it on the spot! :nuts: Now I have a flawless-from-the-store Reveres Monogram (made in Italy) and a flawless-from-the-store Monogram (made in France). But as I said my mum got lucky with her online Metis- (Made in France) maybe because stores are closed and all the Metis bags go online :confused1: I don‘t dare to say... :hrmm:

... as for the Multi pochette- nope that was not online...
anyone seen Iéna MM Ebene again since Wednesday around 11 ? :sad::sad::sad:

you girls with the nano speedy, can you upload some pictures on the sides of your bags where i can see the vachetta lining? and also a pic on the seams on the strap? please? :angel::heart:

Oh :sad: yours sounds worse than what I got. Im going to try and exchange it and if they send another defect bag again then I’ll return it.

Wow thats amazing! You got a very nice SA. And I must say that PA does look perfect :nuts:. Tbh the top half of the bag I received is perfect..its just the bottom half that lets it down. Or maybe Im just being too fussy.

I think you mean that the bottom is a little wavy? My first impression is that this is alright... and its the bottom. But if you are not happy send it back and order a new one.

I see the monogram PM several times a day. Its online for a couple of minutes most of the time. Good luck!

Yea thats what I thought too since its at the bottom its not so visible but anyway lets see how I will feel about it in few days time. Thank you for your pictures. Your PMs look perfect from every angle! :heart:
