*looking for some advice
I am looking at getting a mini pochette from a personal shopper, I found them on Instagram and the seem legit for what I can tell. They said they are able to get hold of one for £175 , as they sell their stock lower than RRP as it is straight from the factory.
Should I trust them ? Can they really sell things for cheaper from a factory and still make a profit themselves?
I am desperate from it and they put up loads of feedback pictures andtold me they will send me pictures from the factory once I have made the payment but I am just worried it won’t be authentic even though they say it will.
Should I trust them ?

Come on, please use common sense. LV isn't available straight from the factory for cheap. That's clearly a replica, which is highly illlgal to import into many countries. There are factories specialising in making replicas of any luxury brands and they will do exactly what you described, getting in touch via IG and messenger apps and sending pictures from the factories etc. You may end up receiving an item, but it will not be real.

For those that were asking what the purchasing limit is per month, I text LV and this was the response:
Hi, regarding purchase limitations, you can find this stated on our website too: ''To ensure better service and better availability of our products, Louis Vuitton limits the quantity of products that can be purchased as follows: no more than 3 leather goods (including small leather goods) products per transaction, with no more than 2 identical products per such transaction. Also customers cannot, within 4 consecutive weeks, (i) buy more than 6 leather goods (including small leather goods) products, or (ii) buy in more than 3 different Louis Vuitton stores (physical or online) in the worldwide network, or (iii) conduct more than 8 transactions of all kind of products. In any case, the total number of purchased leather goods (including small leather goods) will not exceed 12 products within 12 consecutive months.''
I wonder does this include returned items? If that’s the case I have reached my limit

Why not just wait and get one directly from LV. I know it’s frustrating, but they were in stock a couple of weeks ago and so will be back!

How is this personal shopper getting the bag straight from the factory? I’m pretty sure LV would have their stock tightly controlled, so it’s likely you’re buying a very good replica!

I spoke to CS today when I was placing an order for my kirigami today. She said she is unable to check stock at the moment as all the stores are closed, but it also meant that any available stock will be put online first, therefore more stock is available than usual on the website. She said it’s the quickest way to get what you want at the moment.
Don’t lose heart, keep stalking!

Please don't do it. I might be wrong but as far as i know personal shoppers do not get their items from factories. They have usually very good relationship with their SA. You well expect to pay above retail from the personal shopper.

Definitely a dupe... I started following a popular YouTuber and reseller on IG and I’ve been bombarded with those same “personal shoppers” but they all sell dupes. They call them “mirror images” or 1:1 but it’s just a cool way to say fake or dupe.
