Hi,
i got my Pochette Metis Mono today, it should be arriving tomorrow.....
She is from 31 Week of 2019 Made in Italy
No ribbons on the box - only inside - the D ring is a bit scratched.
But there is a plastic Protection on the lock
She is really beautiful but I couldnt fit my stuff inside.... now I have to think either to downsize or return....

If the bag won't work for your lifestyle and what you're wanting to carry, then I would return.
 
I’ve seen the Métis in reverse! Actually I ordered it but they cancelled my order... like it didn’t get accepted I was so mad. I think I saw it close to Wednesday in the morning. I just haven’t seen the multi pochette at all...

Oh really? I’m based in the U.K. - I’m assuming all the EU countries pull from the same/similar stock so I’m surprised I haven’t seen it come in... must stalk harder I guess! I definitely haven’t seen the multi pochette come online in either colours!
 
After contacting LV about my concerns with the PM I received, I got a reply that made me so disappointed with them. Like "every item is handmade, return it if you're not satisfied". I got a LV-box that was broken (and other dimensions than unboxings I've seen), no plastic protection on the buckle, the shoulder strap is poorly made, etc, etc. The whole experience feels so cheap. So now I'll return it without getting a replacement, and someone else will buy this bag with its flaws.

that is the disadvantage order from the webshop. It's always a hit or mis with the item you receive. I have had return so many order because of all the flaws and reorder until i find the perfect one

Totally! I bought a psm online and there was a nick/dent on the leather handle. I didnt want to return it and hunt down another one so they agreed in store to send it off for me to replace a BRAND NEW handle. Great, so i waited 25days til it came back only to see the bag was in worse condition than before. The mark of the dent was still visible - you could tell they removed the handle, recoated that part of the handle and restitched the same handle back onto the bag. They also mishandled the bag and caused a dent/crease on the side of the bag - looks like its been squished a lot and was not in the same shape as before. You could also see the stitches and glue on the handle where its been sewn back on. I told the SA i wasnt happy about the repair on collection and he rudely said they spent 120hrs repairing it with a NEW handle for free of charge (like i should be grateful when it was brand new and defected in the first place) and there was nothing he could do about it as the store was closing until further notice due to covid19. He said it was normal for the side of the bag to have a dent like that if you keep no stuffing inside! I got home and rang client services - lady on the phone said i couldnt return it as it was past 30days already but made it exceptional as 25days was spent in repair (she had to get approval and rung me back). So i sent it back off and got a refund and repurchased a new one with a different account. New one has no problems thankfully - was all so frustrating!

Well.. she has arrived. And will be going back. The clasp is misalligned between the flowers as well as one of the flowers across the flap edge and I know this will annoy and bother me, so no - back it goes. It was my dream bag for a long time but somehow seeing it in person for the first time (only in pics until now) I'm not that impressed with the bag in general, so - no regrets there. Won't be looking for another one either :amuse:

My PM I have recieved a week ago has not issues, but I'm not impressed with it either. LV has re-designed PM In 2019 with thicker and more structural canvas, I do not like that
 
Does anyone know how long you can keep an item in your bag at the payment page? If i refresh it in lets say tonight or tomorrow to pay will the item be gone?
Usually you have to be really fast for hard to find items. They tend to disappear from your bag when you aren‘t fast enough to put in your payment info. Happened to me several times ...

Hi everyone. The Iena MM in Damier Ebene was online :crybaby:I have been hunting this bag for over a year in stores and online... I can‘t believe I missed out on that now.... :cursing:
I had already given up on it ... :sad:
