Does anyone know or suspect that purchase limits are being purchase limits are being ignored or relaxed during the pandemic/lockdown?
I don't want to stalk in vain.

Not sure. It has been posted that orders have been cancelled because of too many purchases and purchases of alike items. Maybe check with CS to avoid disappointment!

Just rang CS about my order that was cancelled and was advised that it was due to my billing address and shipping address were different and both had my name on. Even though the billing address was the same as my bank card address.
I just don't understand why my order would get cancelled when placing 2 previous orders this week with the same billing, shipping and bank details when these were not cancelled.

Any help ? I had been after the item for months!

Sorry about your items being cancelled... keep trying...I was looking for the PA in DA since February and when I joined this thread I managed to buy it, so it’s the right place! Maybe you know already I’m new, sorry.

I think it depends on whoever validates the orders, whatever mood they are etc.. I had this happen to me in the past. My credit card is in my maiden name and the address on it with the bank is slightly different (shortened version of my street name) and I had my order cancelled once when billing/shipping addresses were to my full street address and my married name. But then some orders went through fine afterwards in the same circumstances...it's a mystery with them sometimes

I can confirm the limit is real From since my SA left I started online shopping from December and banned on April. Just counted and i made 12 purchases ( 1 per purchases). Limit may not apply if u buy items not hard to find. But if you are stalking website for hard to find like cles and mini pochette in all print you most likely will be banned interesting thing that when i chat with customer service they had no idea ( answer blabla limited stock, only when email they checked more carefully and confirmed.
Ps anyone was online banned but still able to purchase on store? I bought definitively more than 30 items per year without problem( in store with SA), seems more strict is with online specjally when you hunting same item but different print

Apparently your online orders and in store orders combined count towards the limit but I am also certain I have had years where I have bought more, mainly in store pre-covid and my SA hasn’t as much as batted an eyelid.

There seems to be an overall lack of awareness and consistency in this “policy” of theirs which is the most annoying thing. It’s also clearly not combatting resellers as I can see the resale market flooding with their items since things got taken online.

Can you create a new account under your partner/family member’s name?

When I contacted them they said it was due to my addresses even though I used the same addresses as my previous 2 orders all within the space of the same week! So who knows

I had no idea there is any limit thats why even I order for other people friends etc hard to get item cause I had good SA . If i knew limit is there I would not help other people and be more careful. ( even I boughr like crazy willingly to increase my chance to get VIP gift ) my SA is chinese so she got stuck in China since December, she is back in quarantine and soon will check with manager whether I can purchase in store ( manager decition) but definitively not online.

No I got angry with Lv and move to chanel and dior but now I really wanted reverse card holder so stalking again under husband name Some banned person told me to wait 6 months but its not oficjal. I searched info in purseforum and didnt found, maybe any of you know?

the only people the limit harms is actually the people who genuinely want the items. Resellers will still have their networks and LV unfortunately can’t police it well enough. Setting limits for everyone doesn’t actually achieve what they want it to achieve and instead just harms their main customer pool

What have you bought as you got cancelled? All HTF items? 8 isn’t that much from the January..and yearly limit for bags and slgs is 12. At least it should be. Or did you buy too many in one month?
