Thank you! The order was just displayed without any details in the summary of my account. However, it was not displayed at all when viewing "My purchases". However, I got a confirmation per e-mail and they reserved (but not booked) the money from the credit card.
Keep the fingers crossed for your order!

Oh no :frown: Other reasons for cancellation can be e.g. an incorrect stock balance and they couldn't fulfill your order because of that, or that the order was cancelled because the stock they had was faulty. Hopefully you're able to get another one soon :hugs:

I know someone who had a bag "in preparation" and then after a day got a phone call from LV saying that the one bag they had in stock had a flaw (it was noticed when they packaged it) and because of that they had to cancel the order. However I think these situations are rare and it will only happen when there's very few available in stock. :smile:

Does somebody know, whether LV adds the orders from different persons from the same address together when calculating the limit? Because I am not the only one in my household who buys LV - may be the cancelled the order because of the joint number of purchases?
