That's a good idea but knowing how LV is there is no guarantee that it will be in stock in store when I decide to go or that if it is in stock that it will be better than the one I have. Also SAs can be a bit funny in store when you spot a defect and ask to see another item, at least that has been my experience. There really should be some form of quality control before its allowed to be purchased. Maybe I'll see how I feel when the stores open up.

As long as customers continue to accept faulty goods, LV will continue to produce them. I wouldn’t really be bothered with the opinion of the SA as I’m the customer, so if I’m not happy I’d say so.

Too many people are willing to keep faulty product because they don’t want to go through the hassle of stalking all of again. This again allows LV to be sloppy as they’ll know some people will accept the faults. I personally will not. If you’re concerned about the quality of the new mono key pouches, I’d go the preloved route as the quality of canvas and hardware are likely to better. Hope you find one as they’re are a useful piece.

I hear you. In ordinary times I probably wouldn't accept my DE key cles and would have gone in store to change. But because of the pandemic, lack of stock and having to stalk my threshold for perfection is lowered.

Guys, I received my mini pochette DA yesterday and I noticed all the around is different colour like purple ish colour. In real you can REALLY notice it, I tried to show on pics (please click on them to enlarge!!! Because the difference in colour is very there) with and without flash as much as I could but not easy, is yours also like that. The around “blue” marks is different blue than on the front and side marks?

Hi, it's abosulutely fine. To create the piping for pochette, the canvas is tightly folded there and the pattern 'stretches out' making the navy 'bubbles' bigger, more round and purplish in colour. Nothing to worry about ;)
I have one (keeping it for my daughter for later), just checked it and it's exactly the same :yes:

Yes, I’ve checked mine and it’s like yours. I would say that it’s normal...
