I have no luck! Since 3 am!!!
I have to be careful n picky adding stuffs in my bag as I’m still very near to my limit n can’t afford to be banned just now.

I'm still annoyed with the price increase which is one of the reasons I haven't bought anything this month, but I'm also (impatiently) waiting for the xmas collection preview that'll be released in a month or two before I buy more items don't want to be banned now and miss out on the chance of getting some cute xmas SLGs in November/December might get a Toiletry Pouch but that's it for me until the preview

Yes indeed those price increases are so annoying and i find it so convenient that since it increased a lot of them are frequently available but during the lockdown I haven’t seen anything! Don’t forget that there will be another price increase in 2-3 months... good luck dear

Honestly this piece come and go in a blink... it’s crazy! Lol But what is more crazy is it increased by 70€ so now 480€ I/o 410€ a month ago BUT when I purchased it back in the day in 2012 in DE it was 255€! Price has doubled in 8 years so I will NEVER pay that amount for the ones of today, quality isn’t it there so if I pay this amount for a pochette accessoire it will be for an old one from before 2015 minimum or a very vintage one from the 90s! I use mine every day in my bigger bags as a catch all and it still going strong. And it was 255€ best part ever lol

Did you checkout? Adding the items to your bag is one thing but you have to put in your address, card details and checkout and receive an order number (i dont mean to be condescending at all, just want to double check).
You should have got an email within minutes of your purchase. Otherwise check your bank statement to see if a transaction is pending? Otherwise I can only presume you didn't manage to place the order, sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

Yes I definitely went through all the steps and placed the order. A message came up thank you for your order, you'll be sent a confirmation email. But nothing since.

My order for key pouch went through today, I received the confirmation by email and it is also shown in my ongoing orders BUT the key pouch is still in my cart as well....hm!!!???

That's ok, it happened to me too. When I logged it it still the key pouch in my cart even though it had already been delivered and i was staring at it in my hand. Just delete it from your cart and carry on.

Yes I definitely went through all the steps and placed the order. A message came up thank you for your order, you'll be sent a confirmation email. But nothing since.

I’d check with CS first to make sure the order is being processed before deleting your cart. Because if there’s an issue, you’ll have to go through stalking it again from scratch.

The regular price increase happens unusually 2x per year, imho around Feb n then Sept/Oct. It’s already 2x this year. If you said another increase in 2-3 months mean July-Aug n then shortly before Christmas? That’s insane. lol
Then I really have to manage to reach my 12 items/year. I’m not going to pay 500€ for a PA! I can get a Speedy n co in good condition for that money.

You mean sending message online (like SMS or email) or call one per phone? If it’s really necessary I would only call. Even 10 min Q-ing. The writing communication is sooooooo slow.
