To all those based in the U.K. - I messaged my SA just now after some failed stalking for the mini mono PA and this is what she said - they are fully operational from Monday onwards doing “distance selling” and will be receiving stock again! No need for client services!

When did you place your order? Mines still hasn't shipped and when I called yesterday all they said was, hopefully this week, they don't know exactly when

Interesting be sure to keep us updated on this. Been trying to get a PSM in reverse for over 2 weeks and I not prepared to keep sleep depriving myself to stalk the website. So close to buying something from Cartier instead, no stock issues there.

My UPS tracking has given me that all week. Was supposed to receive items on Monday. Now I have 5 items sitting in their depot over the weekend and I’m not even sure if they’ll be delivered at any point next week. They’re not allowing collections either....

Mine has been reschedule for monday. Have they not rescheduled yours?

Nope - they literally have no idea when they’ll have someone to deliver it. They just keep scanning it everyday so they have an audit trail/track. See the photo? I’ve been having “emergency situation” everyday, all week hahaha. Oh well, it is what it is!

Last weekend restock seemed to be good, but previously weekends have been poor for me. Others may have a different experience.
