I bought 2 key pouches (different canvases) and a double zip pochette. I wanted to buy another key pouch for my moms bday but I guess I'll give her one of mine. It's fine and I can understand the policy. Guess I'll have to wait a few months or whatever it is. :hrmm:

In Germany the policy says you are allowed to buy 6 leather good pieces within a timeframe of 4 weeks and ONLY 12 pieces within a whole year :confused1::huh:

Turns out LV counts different colours of "same item" as exactly the same item when it comes to what you're allowed to buy per customer. I had difficulties ordering daily card holder in rose ballerine and rose papaye (one is for my mom) even though I made separate orders for them. A chat with CS helped me, as an exception to the limitation due to "popular items". A bit annoying that it has to be like this, though.

And this item limitation isn't what the terms for my country says. The terms says: No more than 2 IDENTICAL items PER TRANSACTION, and max 6 leather goods within 4 consecutive weeks.

I did not order two identical items. Heck, they weren't even in the same transaction. So they should really update the terms if they make up new "rules".

That's weird because I didn't do any of that until they wouldn't let me buy anymore. Guess I'll save my money and buy something else. I don't like how I'm being treated -.-
