I want to know the same thing? I ordered last night status was just submitted and this morning it got cancelled but I managed to purchase again this morning and it’s status is order in preparation

In prep means you're good!!

Soo the 45 minutes I've gone to work out and showered the nano speedy has come and gone?? This is getting HILARIOUS!!

oh no! Check your addresses on the lv account, is there more than one? Sometimes when you are checking out it will glitch and order to the same adress BUT it will be capitalised slightly differently and the system will reject the order. It has happened to me 2-3 times before

I called them and had them check. They said it looks ok. I managed to order again so desperately hoping it goes through this time!

Last night I purchased the multi pochette the status was on submitted and then got cancelled this morning. I was able to purchase again. So I currently have the MP in my order history the status is order preparation I’m not so sure it’s safe at this point ???? I guess can be cancelled at any point

No. I rang LV and they weren't sure. I managed to place another one so fingers crossed!!!

I has the same situation. I ordered pm. they cancelled the order next day and the same day I ordered again successfully. PM came but with flaws need to change
